But who will do it is more important to me. Bend is working on Golden Abyss and they seem to have been shifted to handhelds permanently. When Golden Abyss is done, probably sometime early 2012 when the Vita launches, it won't be nearly enough time for them to finish a full PS3 game.
This is an ACTUAL beta... The reason it suffered so much is because of PSN going down delayed their internal testing, giving them overall less time to work on the mp portion of it. The final version will be much more refined and the beta did help unlike many in which the beta is just a promotional tool.
I liked the original and second equally. RFOM had things that were great but could use some improvement. R2 improved on the weaknesses of FOM but lost some things in the process. R3 seems like it will take the best of both and combine them.
They had a shot at the NFL and they smashed Madden. NFL 2K5 is one of the best football games ever. Then EA bought the license to the NFL and no one has been able to make a game since.

Who cares about first week? Uncharted 2 didn't sell 5+ million in its first week but it still sold more than 98% of all video games. I can see R3 passing up FOM's 3+ million after awhile.
I disagree about the perks being bad but I'll play both as I like both of them equally.
I got the Socom Full Deployment pack and it was pretty good with the Sharpshooter. I also played it with KZ3 and had a blast. I prefer it to the dualshock but it'll never fully replace my dualshock.
I guess you don't want any fps then and absolutely laugh at COD for its 5 hour campaign.
Bull crap! The beta has been out for forever, if you hated it you wouldn't just NOW be cancelling your preorder it would have happened already.
Second, no one cancels any game over a beta. People are smarter than that.
Wow dude... I was just saying. There are other exclusives coming out too I was just naming the bigger ones. Exclusives don't really matter? Lets forget that you ever said such nonsense. Sure those won't sell massive numbers like GT5, COD, or even Battlefield immediately(UC2 did go on to sell over 5 million) but it doesn't mean it won't be a more competitive market. Simple fact is more games = more spread out purchases.
PS3 also has MW3, Resistance 3, Uncharted 3, etc.... The sells are split up.
And KZ2 didn't feel linear? You could only go on one path as well. I agree on the bosses being harder though.

People playing the games are more important to me than some reviewer. Reviews don't really say much on a whole because R2 got huge critical success(over 90% on Meta/Gamerankings) but a lot of the fans did not like it.
I care about what gamers have to say not someone getting paid to review 20 games a week.
They listened to the fans with FOM which is why R2 lost the weapon wheel, had tons of color, and regenerating health. I think they should listen to fans but not as much as they did with R2.
