Wait, what? Now games with a metacritic score under 90 are not worth buying? That is absolutely ridiculous. If that's the case, then, okay... PS3 has 2 exclusive games worth buying, and the Xbox 360 has 5. Oh, okay... This argument is just so damn stupid.
Boom Blox has a metacritic rating of 85, but I consider it a must-own game that I enjoyed more than Super Mario Galaxy.
The games you mentioned are pretty much guaranteed to be triple A titles, even if they aren't for certain going to be released in 2009. Doesn't that hype you up anyways? :)

Sonic Adventure 1 and 2 were terrible. The only good levels were the speed levels. The knuckles and rogue levels in SA2 were absolutely AWFUL.
Uhh... I'm pretty sure I can play Super Mario 64 with a Gamecube controller anyways...

Anyone with a basic grasp of economics knows this. Nintendo is taking money that may have rather been spent on an Xbox 360 or a PS3. I know if Nintendo didn't make the Wii, I'd probably have either one of the two above, but since they did, I now only have a Wii. Therefore, competition.
