Shame about Ammy. Phoenix Wright too, I guess. I can see him being in this type of game. Not Smash Bros though, god.
This.
Not everything was known. Specifically, this question was answered, a question I was wondering about for a long time:
Q: So... in summary, it all comes down to rotation?
Yes, rotation and rapid movements of the hand and wrist. Anything you do that uses your hands in such a way (careful now!) can be captured more precisely.
Q: But we have used hand rotation in games before, surely?
You might think you have, but that’s purely because you have ...
Wow, this motion plus sounds a lot better than I thought! Unfortunate that the nunchuk is still gonna be broken beyond all repair, though. The motion plus sounds a lot more attractive than I originally thought, however.
Super Mario RPG should've replaced Secret of Mana on that list. SoM is a terrible title.
Looks like a cross between Mario Kart Wii and M&M Kart Racing.
Pretty good read. I'm looking forward to a good FPS with the wiimote.
Wh... what? How the hell are Boom Blox and Super Smash Bros Brawl absent from, at least, the best multiplayer category? What crap.
Ahh, this was a much better read than that "Monster Hunter 3 producer thinks game will fail miserably in North America, but is having it published there anyways" article that I read the other day.
Although the Xbox got a gimped version, it still means that Counter-Strike is a multiplat game. I'd say "the best deathmatch-style multiplatform shooter" but that is really too specific to be proud of.
You know what? I couldn't agree more. It's not the stupid-looking games that get bad scores that surprises anyone. Anyone that actually cares about these scores is a troll. On the other hand, it's the games that were supposed to be amazing that got bad scores that actually had an effect on people.
I, for one, am glad Wii Music got mediocre to bad scores.
What is the point of this article? You don't judge a system based on its worst games.
@ slugg: It's unfair to blame Nintendo for this. Blame companies like Ubisoft and Popcorn Arcade. Also, I think parents are stupid if they just buy a $30 or $40 game for their kids without knowing if it's good or anything. I know that I'm gonna be a good, well-informed video game parent.
Neat. I may pick it up.
I don't see how this game is gonna be any fun at all. Dead Rising was fun because of its massive amounts of zombies on-screen. If you remove the zombies from a game that's fun because of all of the zombies, you're just left with a game! It should just be called Resident Evil: Cartoony Mall Edition. Yes I know Capcom claims there will be 100 zombies on-screen at the same time, but... well, to be honest, I don't believe a word of it.
There is that one point in that video with a bun...
That is awesome.
Holy crap, that is downright AWESOME
If it's not a new Megaman Classic or Megaman X game, I won't care.
Movie tie-in + Atari? HOW COULD THIS GO WRONG!?!?!?
Holy crap, that is frigging awesome. I love the game that boss comes from. I seriously hope Tatsunoko comes to the US. Also, I hope the main character from the game that boss is from is in Tatsunoko vs Capcom aswell.
Midway is terrible.
