Ouch, Tatsunok Vs. Capcom didn't make the top 10. That makes me sad :(
I don't think many serious multiplatform games are gonna be made with the Wii version as the leading version, but there's nothing wrong with this. I agree with it, actually.
It's up to developers to make games suited only to the Wii, instead. Look at 2009. It's gonna be a great year for Wii owners everywhere, because of all those wonderful-looking exclusives coming out.
Besides, nobody buys a specific console to play multiplatform games.
Just because you can't think of any doesn't mean they don't exist. It just means that you're not well-informed as a consumer, and you are missing out on some great games. I pity you, really.
There's Brawl, de Blob, Wario Land, No More Heroes and Boom Blox, to name a few games that I personally really enjoyed.
Wow, better than I expected.
Sometimes I wish I could be a washed-up 80's hiphop one hit wonder who thieved the music from Super Freak by Rick James, just so I could pitch my awesome game idea to a developer.
Hope to grab a Game and Watch collection game, and Platinum status. I don't know if I'll be able to acquire enough points to do either, though! :< Hopefully I'll be able to get points via different ways. I had a bunch of Gamecube games unregistered too, just in case, but those won't do me any good :<
Pay-to-play DLC is a scam. That stuff should be free, to entice people into buying the game. It's awful that people that bought the game are having to pay extra for stuff that should've been included in the game.
Is this really surprising to anyone? Everyone knows the console is riddled with casual crap. That's less the fault of the console though, and more the fault of terrible developers and stupid consumers. You don't judge a console based on its worst games, so why bother?
The list of "good" games is pretty weak though. Couldn't some third-party games like Geometry Wars: Galaxies, de Blob, Boom Blox, and Blast Works have been mentioned?
I agree with this article, cause nothin' says quality like rushing things out of development and onto store shelves aHYUCK HYUCK HYUCK!
Still no Bomberman 64 :<
*facepalm*
Not this one specifically, just that every console will get their own Tales of mothership game. I thought so, anyways, but I'll be damned if I can find a source now. Heard it awhile ago, and it's not like it's something that's easy to search for.
It's funny that you say you hardcoooooooooore gamurz enjoy PLAYING games in the comments section of an article on, basically an interactive movie.
Ristar and Gunstar Heroes. Better any day than that Blue Hedgehog.
Agree with Illusion of Gaia and ActRaiser, and have not played a few of those, but some I don't understand. Mario 2/DokiDoki Panic was awful.
Dungeon Explorer should totally be on that list.
I doubt it. I wouldn't care either way, though. I hate the Final Fantasy series. Kinda wanna try out Dragon Quest though.
I love the Tales of series too. This game looks really pretty.
I thought that Namco said they're going to put a "Tales of" mothership game on every major console, though? So maybe it's not just Wii/DS
How dare you imply that Boom Blox 2 will suck.
I agree, but some of the games really aren't that bad. I'm looking at you, Laser Air Hockey, Tanks Wars, and sort-of the Cow Racing one and Pool.
* The popular RPG series “T” by game company “N” will see several releases in 2009. There are said to be six games in development, both outsourced and within the company, and at least one “T” game will hit every single current gen platform next year.
Tales of ... series, by Namco-Bandai.
Would make sense, considering we already know one's in development for the Wii. Would back up that statement I heard that every major current-gen platform would be getting at least o...
