Or they have my credit card info too!
to give your money to a multi-billion dollar company, but you, sir, are an idiot.
Why people think they are owed something for the loss of something that is free? But tell you what, if your cable goes out when an NBA playoff game you want to watch is on, good luck trying to get them to pro-rate your bill for the loss of service--they will tell you that occasional losses of service are part of the risk you take when paying for that kind of a service. But having your personal info, including credit card info, possibly stolen is a whole different matter.
You DO get what you pay for. lol. I love how Sony says they don't know if credit card info was leaked, but they admit they have names, addresses, etc. from PSN account holders. If they could get that, they have the credit card numbers.
Who keep screaming "At least PSN is free" will say when they have a couple hundred dollars of random charges on their credit card. lol
learn english then try again.
The article doesn't include the direct quote from OXM, in which Carmack states that "It takes our game testers a whole day, like 15 hrs, to complete the game." So these are people that have played the game many times and know exactly where everything is and what to do next. He also goes on to imply that this is WITHOUT doing most of the side-quests, etc.
Couldnt do that on PS3, you filthy troll.
Kinect will be able to be used with a regular 360 control pad so you will be able to have buttons, etc. For example, Forza four will let you drive with the controller, but use kinect for head-tracking to allow you to look into corners, etc. Kinect-only games were only the start....
In almost any case would lead to certain people crying foul. Take a car you purchased brand-new and trade it in a week later. Some things appreciate in value, such as property and jewelry (not always, but usually. lol), but everything else depreciates. So if you don't like the hit you take at Gamestop, don't do business there.
The best looking game on PS3 looks better on the 360. lol.
For a little perspective, I work at GS and Kinect still outsells Move 10 to 1. Problem is we don't get restocked on Move. Slight bump with Killzone 3, and those bundles, but since Christmas, that is it. Was already told to expect a new Kinect bundle with Child of Eden and a big ad push. My feeling is that Sony has sorta given up on Move, while Microsoft is still pushing Kinect big time- which, depending on your perspective, could be good or bad. If Microsoft changes their overall fo...
Apparently he didnt play the same game I played. Great story, great mechanics, exceptional level design and some of the best multiplayer ever. Single player length was perfect for me. Review=fail.
With this debate is the slippery slope that we are headed for by allowing game companies to have ANY say in what we do with something we purchase after the fact. Would you be willing to give FORD 20% of the trade-in on your used car? Ask DIVX how the pay-to-play thing worked for movies. People want to, and as of now, have the right, to do what they want with something they have purchased. People have been buying and selling used CD's and movies for years, and no one makes a peep about...
He is a reviewer for a large, well-know online gaming site, a review is an opinion and so are his statements about the game(s). If you own both sytems, rent the game on both and decide for yourself which one you think looks and plays better. You can argue things up one side and down the other, but any game made for both the 360 and the PS3 will tend to look better or play better on one that then other, due to the differences in system architecture. Mostly, as proven by multi-plats in the p...
agree more now that I have actually played the game. It has atmosphere, amazing level design, and great mechanics. Play the game and decide for yourself if you think it can stand with the Call of Duties and Battlefields out there. I for one think it stands shoulder-to-shoulder with them.
People writing these late reviews actually play the game and think for themselves, or just read what other people have written and regurgitate. This game is as good as any Call of Duty or Battlefield game-the levels are amazing, the premise is fresh and unique, the controls are fine, just simply derivative but why reinvent the wheel? Sad that a good, almost great, game can fall victim to unwarranted bashing. Play it yourself-rent it if you must, and then see who you agree with. But dont l...
The games industry is a business, and developers and publishers are out to make money; a multi-plat company has absolutely no financial motive to spend more time/money making the PS3 version "better" than the 360 version, if in fact it is even possible. Some truely borked conversions (Half Life: Orange Box, anyone?) have made this divide even worse. But don't blame it on Microsoft, they made the system the developers at the time wanted....
Is gonna look better, but pretty amazing for a 360 game. As others stated, need to see it in motion, and I have a feeling the PS3 vs. 360 comparos after the game is released will drown out the fact that the PC version is far superior to either console.
Sony will be lucky to have PSN up and running by E3. lol
