Nice article. I was initially concerned about 343i but now have more faith. It will probably be a good thing to have some fresh ideas from the new studio team. Combine that with the ex bungie boys and hopefully they'll do the halo name justice.

I'm over the critical acclaim for what is basically the same game each year. Blops was the last straw for me. BF3 is the game to play.
WTF....4 great maps, 10 new weapons, new vehicles and a new game mode......

SP is not bad, multiplayer is awesome if you know how to play....give it a couple of patches and some further DLC and this game will be a MP masterpiece....
You have no idea dude! I have both and would rather the box for most multi plat games. Sony has lost something like 50% of it's market share to MS this gen and have had to play catch up and spend huge on exclusives for release this year.
To top that off games like resistence 3 which sold poorly , the fact that the ps3 is hard to develop for, the loss Sony made per console, the hack, the epic fail 'move' and the sub standard online all equal one big fail.

I was a sony fan for PS1 and 2 and never played a single game on the original xbox......but....
Sony have failed miserably this gen from a business side of things..... i think between last gen and this gen they have lost around 50% of their market shar to MS.......There online was horrific early this gen and although it's ok now i'd still prefer to pay for Xbox live....
