You are absolutely right. The creative director may have a say but that decision is not theirs to make. Just like FF13 Versus, nomura may have a say in it to voice his opinion but ultimately it will be the shareholders that will tell Wada to turn it Multi-Platform. I don't know if sony owns naughty dog, team ico, insomniac, etc. They may focus on ps3 but they are their own developers that can develop for whomever they want. I don't see a clause in their contract wheresony has refusal rights or anything like that. PC's will always be leaps and bounds over consoles as you can always update them at will. Consoles are stuck in 2005/2006 and cannot progress any further.

Um you should learn basic math dude. ps3 is going in on 4 years as they came out in 2006. Besides you can have all of that single core CPU and outdated rsx while I will be upgrading to a gtx480 and a hexacore cpu. Have fun back in 1980-something.

I believe that MS bought out Square-Enix. Why does SE have such devoted support and bought a PC developer/publisher Eidos, when earlier MS was looking to purchase Eidos? Makes sense. They have released ONE game on ps3 while they release over FIVE for X360 and they have been working on ps3 for MUCH longer.
Tell me how they can spend over 7 YEARS working on FF13, over 6 Years working on ps3 architecture and only release ONE game? Yet they took less than 10 months to port over...
I personally liked the "Arc" name better. It sounds like it has more flair and pizzaz. Move just seems bland. Should have stuck with PS Arc.
Unless SE is a sony first party studio, and like sony owns more than half of the company, it is foolish to think that a series will forever stay on one console. The MAIN reason why sony games look good is that they limit your view and show you what they want to show you. Take gow3. You think it would look that good if you had control of the camera? There is absolutely no way it would look or run smooth having Darksiders control of view. Not for an outdated 7800gtx and a single core cpu.

I know I am more pro PC>X360. For me the choice was X360 as I do not own a ps3. That will be said for a lot of gamers who can only afford one console. Why spend:
ps3 - 300
HD Cables - 40-60
FF13 - 60
When someone already has a X360 and only has to spend 60 bucks. Does that game warrant a 400+ purchase? Maybe, but in this economic crunch, I think a lot of people will be satisfied with having it on the console they already own.
It would be hard to believe that this installment would sell more on X360 than ps3. Maybe not FF15, but right now people just associate FF to ps brand. That will change like it changed from Ninty to sony. Who knows, with SE buying Eidos, that could change from sony to MS and console to PC. Yeah I know that last one was a stretch, but hell could freeze over!

Hey pirate, you do know that Natal has voice recognition, facial recognition, depth, etc. It is MUCH more than the eyetoy but then again they are making it to be more than just a peripheral. I am sure that sony would have taken that route if the Gamecube was motion sensor. Since sony dominated (sales) last-gen, and noone doing motion sensing, they didn't need to invest in the eyetoy for more than it was. You do know that there is no camera control in your precious gow3. That means you see what the developer wants you to see. Of course they can put some extra resources into the graphics dept. That doesn't mean that the game is great with graphics.
