I'm waiting for a DS emulator that can run UMK3. Neither DeSmume or iDeaS emulates it correctly.

RockNES: http://rocknes.kinox.org/
They're all good. I prefer Nestopia.
Gens has been dead for quite some time now. There's been several forks based on the source code, but the best one by far is Gens/GS. It aims to clean up the source code, combine features from various forks, and improve portability to other platforms. You can find it here: http://segaretro.org/Gens/G...
SF3 runs fine. It just has a minor transparency issue. I've only noticed it on one particular fighter's moves.
It's currently scoring an 80 on Metacritic.
8/10 in my opinion. I played the PC version, though.
It's already been confirmed that this is the brother of the original Sub-Zero, if that's what you mean. The good one. I'm personally glad they're going old school with his move set. His combos look like they flow nicely. I don't think giving him the Ice Shower and Ice Clone on top of his Ground Ice would make much sense. But we'll see. It's still early.
I don't know about that. Unskilled players can still button mash and win in practically any fighter due to their unpredictability. UMK3 was the only MK with true competitive gameplay, and by the looks of things, this new game will follow suit.
Anyone can pick up and play an MK game, but skill still takes time to develop. Check out the combo videos at UltimateMK.com and try mastering those in 6 months.
"One thing that irritates me...why would a woman fight in a bikini...I seriously doubt if your fighting for your life, you'd want to have that cumbersome shit on."
Since when is a bikini cumbersome? Furthermore, in ancient times some female warriors fought topless.
"If a regional breakdown were available I'd be happy to use it, however the absence of such does nothing to invalidate the figures."
It does actually. Especially if the majority of those figures come from China, where piracy is a serious issue (as in bootlegs being sold on the corner and such). Not really a fair assessment.
"- people don't steal GOOD games...again this is nonsense, when the code for Half Life 2 was accidentally leaked p...
Anyone who actually believes piracy hurts the game industry is only fooling themselves. Piracy has been around for ages and yet the game industry still thrives. Why do you think that is? Those who actually care about games and support the industry will support a game if it's worth buying. It's as simple as that. Read any respectable warez group's NFO and they will even tell you to buy it if you like it. It's not all about getting something for free, as many would like to belie...
While this game borrows a lot from other games, I had a blast with it. It probably will be a sleeper hit.
Some people need to stop trolling and get a life.
Apparently this guy has the highest gamerscore in the world: http://live.xbox.com/en-US/...
EDIT: Never mind, it's hacked. All Gears of War achievements, including the 10,000 kills in multiplayer, in a single day? Right.
Lol, a rental perhaps.
Haha, I forget sometimes.
How could anyone in their right mind disagree with Letros' comment? He/She's totally right, this needs to be seen.
Actually, it's Blizzard's property:

I just beat it today. 8/10 sounds about right. I had a blast with it. You'll notice numerous things borrowed from other games, but it's a good time nevertheless. I was engrossed the entire length of the game.
Dreamcast pretty much gave birth to online gaming on consoles, yet it's no where to be seen. Shameful.
Lists like these are always subjective. And pointless.
