There are frame pacing issues with every Souls game on every console.
Also young teens who don't go outside.
14 year olds lol. I saw people level 30 on launch day.
Every time I go back to Witcher 3 I'm still stunned by how gorgeous that game is. Some of the best storytelling in gaming as well. It's been said endlessly, but if you play on Death March the combat becomes far more than button mashing as well. It is absolutely punishing until you get overpowered gear and requires attention. That being said, I feel like Odyssey is the first open world game I've played since Witcher 3 and BotW that really gave me that wow factor regarding its art s...
This isn't Square Enix lol.
Name a studio that hasn't since being acquired by EA. EA is responsible for shutting down some of my favorite studios and ruining amazing franchises. This list doesn't even include Visceral who developed the Dead Space series.

The lag compensation and netcode in CoD games has always been terrible. Even hardwired, there's a really good chance every match you could get killed by someone before it's even registered on your screen that they're there. Even worse if you're playing on a high latency TV.
Oh yeah, I understand it takes time. I will pay for it whenever it releases, absolutely. The problem though, is with MHW it reached a more mainstream audience, who may not care about the game anymore if an expansion or newer version of the game releases, which would be terrible, because I assume the money invested in doing so would be far more than with the handheld versions. I'm guessing it must be a bit of a precarious situation for them.
If this version is a 5, then what you rate the original Xbox 360 and PS3 versions now if you had to? A 3 or 4? No one would take that seriously. I haven't had any problems playing portable on Switch. Yeah, it's not 60 FPS, which was a nice addition to the other console versions, but last gen couldn't even run the game at 30. It's still Dark Souls, which is still going to be in every top 100 Game list from now till the end of time lol.
I understand all that, but content distribution is different on current consoles than on 3DS. Huge DLC like that might not have been necessarily feasible. Also, those games were $40 compared to full price. Capcom could release another Ultimate version of MHW, but to not allow an upgrade via DLC as well would be foolish.
There's still no G rank for one. Also, it would be very time consuming and expensive to animate/program, but the handheld series still has twice as many monsters/gear as World does. There's still tons of ways Capcom could improve the game if they decide to.
No love for Link's Awakening :(
Retail in general isn't going to exist in another fifteen years. Even food. Amazon is gonna come for that industry hard.
Hardcore is a much better experience. One or two bullets.
Wouldn't those people want to buy every game as cheap as possible then? Digital sales are growing week by week. That, and people probably question the point in owning a physical copy of a game with no single player modes.
Fatal Frame V for Switch please!
Why no for any? More quality games are a good thing. I would love to play Wind Waker and TP again on my Switch, especially if they include it as a package. Star Fox Zero was the worst Star Fox game I ever played; That's a game that would require a serious rework for any kind of port.
Not that they don't want it on their platform, it's NA versions, because the West is totally okay with violence, but not sex, which has always totally blown my mind. You'd think procreation would be more okay than murder, but hey. Humans. It's not like your children are in middle school shooting heroin and have access to pornhub on their phones or anything. Oh wait.
It's never going to work if too many companies start their own streaming/content services. Right now, piracy online for TV shows and movies has exploded again after years of decline due to companies pulling from Netflix to start their own services. People want convenience. Everyone wants a piece of the pie, but they're only going to be fragmenting their own audiences doing it.
The Switch portable display is 720p, having the game output in 720p while in portable means it's pixel perfect. I've said it a hundred times, a six inch screen with 720 has more pixels per inch than a 42 inch display at 4k. Resolution matters depending on screen size and viewing distances, because at certain distances your eye can't detect pixels. There is science behind this, and a higher resolution doesn't 100 percent of the time mean better. For example, when buying a TV yo...
