I don't think they would have created a studio, and funded development of games if they weren't lol. Google just had their Project Stream beta as well, and streamed Assassin's Creed Odyssey through Chrome. I was absolutely amazed at how well it worked. Almost no input lag, very little artifacting, at 1080p.
That game was awesome! I really hope more people continue to buy it when it goes on sale. The first Evil Within felt like the true Resident Evil 5 to me.
If you can't appreciate the production values that went into the new game, I don't know what to tell you. It's very polished and you can tell alot of work went into it. Great amounts of character modeling and animation as well.
Here's hoping they include a mercenaries mode as well, or something similar to what they had in the Revelations series.
I think they're adding quite a bit to the game regarding story. RE2 is an incredibly short game, and I think people would be pissed at a modern, 2 hour long, $60 experience.
Well, all three characters have been on Nintendo consoles though. Twin Snakes, Kingdom Hearts on GBA/3DS, and Persona Q I believe. Persona 5 on Switch would be absolutely amazing though.
I'll throw out a guess and say that Brave is one of the characters from the Bravely Default series.
Especially if you're on deathmarch lol. Go back into it, completely forget the controls. Die immediately, two minute reload screen xD
It could be, for sure. That depends on a few things though. It needs a price drop. I know people who really want one, but don't want to spend the money. Once it hits a point where it can be an impulse buy, sales will rise. Also, we have no idea what software will be released this year, as Nintendo has a habit of announcing games the same year they are released. I can say for sure though, that the next main line Pokemon game will be a sales monster.
Have you played Binding of Isaac or Dead Cells? Those games are both amazing.
Hollow Knight was so good. You have to like the challenge of a difficult game though.
All three Dark Souls games are amazing games, soooo yeah. Are you already disregarding Sekiro as a potential GOTY because it's multiplatform?
In fifteen years: "If you let us directly control your mind and inject you with the pure desire to buy our affiliates' advertised products, you can do temporary extra damage with your character! Wow!"
Battlefield is one of the regular competitive stages though.
MHW released in January, and is still probably my favorite game this year.
These guys are wizards.
I just hope they continue some of the mechanics they used into the main series. The generation of Pokemon on the world map is infinitely better than random battles. Make it so that you do have to battle them; I don't care, having the choice of how you want to progress makes for a better experience.
Nintendo has been killing it with software sales all year.
Imagine being in Japan, and you're a Futurama fan. If you decide to watch it with a Japanese dub, you'd be losing alot. Firstly, languages take different amounts of time to convey information, so you can run out of time for a scene, or the animation doesn't line up, meaning you have to make drastic changes to fit those restraints. Secondly, the characters are crafted with particular voices and mannerisms in mind, which can also be lost in translation. If you get a pure, subtitled ...
Bayo 3 and Metroid will probably be this year as well, along with Luigi's Mansion and Animal Crossing. Those will all be great games. I'm looking forward to the Final Fantasy ports as well. Really want to play X again in handheld. I will bet money that a new Monster Hunter game is announced for Switch this year, for release in early 2020, after the Monster Hunter World expansion.
