He's already casted as young Drake.
YLoD wasn't a big issue. Broken consoles in general were popular stories because of the RRoD fiasco.
Keep in mind, that sales are quicker at start up. The Switch definitely looks on its way to outsell PS4 in Japan, but the sales could also taper off at a certain point and slow down.
Either way, both consoles provide quality first party games and different experiences so they'll be successful together.

Because, they have failed to deliver a sizeable amount of products, and what they have released have all been very lackluster and it shows that their budgets are largely for marketing rather than the development process.
They technically gained more studios, but realistically, those studios have mostly been working for them regardless so the "steady" stream of games is still the same. Ninja Theory is the only variable in the mix....
Agreed. The vegetation, direction of the Sun(Rises and sets in the East and West), and closeness to water looks to be very likely to be Hammerfell, and due to these two continents size, they will likely include the two together since they are neighboring. It has rocky terrain and peaks but that doesn't mean it's High Rock that was shown. The agriculture resembles what we know of Hammerfell more and we have major mountain and hills all over the other games too.
I per...
By your picture and name you'd think that you would know enough about Kojima not to jump to conclusions, even by what he directly says.
And, whether it's mostly walking around doesn't mean it won't be interesting. Remember when people said MGS4 had longer cutscenes than gameplay? That was if you speed through the game. The actual context and fully enjoying the mechanics made it far more interesting than that.
There is no point to join an...
Same reason they keep hyping up "the most powerful console in the world". It's just common sense with technology. It gets stronger every year. Of course. if they're the last to release something with these goals in mind then it will easily happen.
I still think they underestimate their consumers level of intelligence by spreading PR of the most powerful box, various numbers of X amount of hours doing Y in Z game, and every time they talk about their first...
If you keep releasing too many iterations too quickly... You might be holding consumers back, or at least the feeling of.
They have been very undecided on how exactly the gameplay will function, let alone what perspective to choose. They didn't show it to the public yet but showed it to many press behind doors and from what has been said it looks absolutely groundbreaking and genre-defining so we will likely get a public presentation of it after professional critiques have been super positive. They are patient. This is art to them. We have plenty of other games until this comes out. Yes, it sucks that a game...
As Godmars290 said.
It looks like they've taken a bigger step than the recent e3's, but they still haven't delivered to the consumers.
Ninja Theory just doesn't make sense to have partnered with them. This better not hold them back.
This does make their future look brighter but they still shined too much light on things that didn't matter, the usual pandering to appear like gaming experts, and it's been clear for a ...
I didn't even realize that the Curse of Osiris DLC was part of the paid DLC/Season Pass. I thought it was just delayed for launch to motivate players to grow for a week or two before its release. Pretty lame that this type of DLC that should be core to the end-goal that players look for was a paid DLC that was developed before launch.
That would be interesting, but the new combat is more about control and not simply hack and slashing. Which is a huge focus on what he is trying to teach his son. I could see a mix between the two if they were to ever fully realize the previous games combat mechanics. Seeing the grand scale of some of the bosses and structures again but on current and next gen hardware would be great.
It would have been awesome to be able to play Kratos' fight against Zeus at the end o...
The only chance of emulation is with PS5 and if they'd be generous enough to have a CELL processor as the secondary processing unit for background tasks, downloads, recording last 15 minutes of gaming continuously, etcetera like the PS4 does.
Otherwise, we'd never have it since the architecture is so different and exceptionally difficult to emulate, as said above.
We're finally going to have CTF back in a modern FPS?
I'd like to see a mash up of developers from Insomniac and Guerilla Games develop a new Resistance title, with the best minds that worked on their multiplayer components.
They could have broke the record for most bumper stickers at their conference and brag about a record setting e3 without context as to why.
@blvdnights1414
They could be expanding their talent. Redoing the engine properly. Or, worrying about the games quality before dealing with legal drama and micro-transaction focus. Two different departments are still overseen by the company owners and it shows what their focus is. It's not primarily on the core product. It's on money. They got a lucky break for popularizing the formula with what had great potential, but clearly they won't be the League of Legend...
The single row keyboard for 26+ characters is annoying. I never liked it with Netflix and Youtube apps on console. It's just terrible.
He's in charge of XBox. He's not going to tell anyone that something is completely off the table. His job is to never have any public backlash and talk about possibilities until something actually happens. Stop attempting to hype up "possibilities".
"Quirky" doesn't mean digging a hole. It means taking a risk for a vision someone is passionate about but is different from mostly everything else. It doesn't mean to take a check and push bac...
