- "This is why MS executives make stupid decisions and mistakes because theyvdo not worry about money."
So, they can just make mistakes and pretend nothing happened, reverse bad policies, not fire anyone, or shut down any studios? Oh, wait they did. Actually, worrying about money so much is what made their stupid decisions. They tried to push policies that prevent user control but maximized their profits, alw...
So, why would it be the most popular console that would suffer the most from this?
Also, burgers aren't constant existences able to be accessed continuously. Bad metaphor.
MS is transitioning back to the PC game. It's been obvious for years now. The way they want to control updates is to create more Windows Marketplace traffic.
Crossplatform was to ensure they had relations to keep enough players online for their Live customer...
@Obscure_Observer
Yes, in retaliation to poor sales and for their desperate attempts to try and look pro-consumer while taking every chance to make Sony seem like the bad guy since all MS does is post misleading numbers whenever possible to make it look successful, and their new controller designs every month.
It will also be them remembered as hypocrites for denying cross-play between consoles on PS3 and PS4, which Sony wanted, and them only now pushing ...
Not one good multiplayer game from MS either. They've had average and okay online games, including from their biggest IP's. If not for their franchise names then they wouldn't be a big deal at all. They just don't hold up to multiplatform online games that they've attempted to follow after. They have made forgettable experiences trying to chase the dedicated online userbase and hashing poor storytelling together. Their only slightly innovative online games like Sea of Thie...

First thing is, we still need an analog to turn your body rather than trying to make your vr head movement do it all. I agree roomscale is great, but we don't get AAA VR games because roomscale for dozens of hours makes no sense for most gamers.
Secondly, I love motion controls, but many games dont get them right. It's fun to shoot stuff and swing weapons, but what really ruins immersion is not actually walking around the world.
That would actually make a ton of sense. It wouldn't need motion controls either. Just the added head movement and immersion to peak corners and really look at your environment. Motion controls are cool but I hate when they end up changing the games fundamentals too much, especially when it ends up limiting it like with free movement. I think they would nail motion controls in this though. Would be amazing just to look at all the augments on your hand. Also, VR needs to be designed around...
Yeah, where is my first person Witcher game? It's drastically harder to adapt a 1st person game to 3rd person. There is a bigger gameplay difference than the other way around. With reason, the game is built around first person to be a believable city.
Playing KillZone where enemies have to literally see or hear you rather than magically knowing your location is much better as a first person game where you hold the same field of vision. The cat and mouse tactic of knowin...
Selfish? It wouldn't make sense. There will be skills and augmentations that are important in first person for ocular abilities because of your prosthetics and enhancements, and 3rd person would completely change that.
The game is designed around first person. Not just because they wanted or had to choose one perspective. All the abilities, skills, and perks are best suited for first person. 3rd person, peaking around corners without physically doing it, tracking enemi...
It's in a city where there will be confined spaces, augmentations to detect surroundings and things not within eyesight that wouldn't be noticeable if you had a free 3rd person camera. The crowds of people will feel bigger in third person. 3rd person already gives a lot of perks that would have been great augmentations in 1st person. They want realism here. No one goes to Skyrim, Oblivion, Battlefield, Killzone, etc and says they should be 3rd person. You just want some sort of drama ...
Ye, so amazing to see that hardware still gets stronger every year and that the newest release and higher price point at its launch results in the most powerful system. How'd they do it? /s
I'm pretty confident that the sensor is part computer, and part of the infants consciousness. Like old tales where kids don't imagine monsters, the adults just can't see them. The infants are able to sense these things and the computer just correlates with it.
When people compare performance of cards they compare with all graphics settings maxed out. This also makes sure to prioritize the graphics processing hardware as the bottleneck.
That's the best way to see the total performance gain and how much progress we have till the most demanding games can be run at ease.
Again, for comparing total performance gain.
During real world use, someone that doesn't want any FPS drop will change a few sett...
License for music = producing it onto an album. Not counting digital distribution.
License for game console = produced and published for specific platform(s) depending on contract. Sometimes, a license for media in the game can be region specific, or possibly affect future publishing.
@Concertoine
Reading audio is a universal format. The type of disc isn't what the problem is. Consoles are a proprietary measurement. I don't know the legal side but they probably don't have the rights to just flip a switch for every new console to have access to them. Even if it were to benefit both parties. They made consoles much before future compatibility using software emulation was a thing. Both competitors that didn't think of it the same way as a PC...
I think it has to do with licensing. They didn't license the games with the same mindset as a PC company. The licensing may have been console specific and not as interchangeable without another deal in place.
And, they've mislead several times with Forza microttansactions releasing shortly after release when most reviews are out and give positive remarks for not having a level of reliance on them.
Will they cost in-game currency or experience directly influenced by real money spent?
I wish Square, Sony, or Nintendo would buy BoF
Hopefully, they change the screen to be scratch resistant.
