Personally, Pikmin, Metroid, and DragonQuest Builders 2 are what I look most forward to for Switch in 2019. I really want a new CustomRobo game as well. The Switch would be so perfect for running N64 and GameCube games on the go. I really hope so, cause I never got to play the GC and Wii Metroid games.

For PS4, Days Gone, Ghost of Tsushima, Death Stranding, and FF7:R will have me locked up for weeks. Especially if FF7:R is a proper remake. I will miss the defining turn-bas...

You may think you're reacting to this like a cool adult because your point is "it doesn't matter". But, you're the epidemy of a terrible consumer. One who just takes whatever they're given so long as it distracts them long enough. Such a childish reaction. This is literally cause for them to be investigated by the FTC.

They made a quick cash-grab game with very little content, copy/pasted everything from the previous games with alterations, didn&#...

Maybe, just replay another Fallout, because you're essentially doing just that but with 76, except with far less content, goals, end-game, important choice making, role-playing, and with a poor game engine. It's literally just copy-pasting old content with minor changes, with the least amount of effort to re-skin anything. They even ruined the lore of the franchise to do this game, for the sake of being the cool "first" dwellers.

Ahhh, but so long as you ...

I hope the combat ends up great, and that we aren't thrown into a super-suit straight away. I want to start out weak and steadily earn upgrades and perks to gain power. Hopefully, we get really good pacing with this game to make this important. I'd love to play this with buddies and we all focus on different parts of our suit to cover the highs and lows till we all get settled into more class specific perks.

I love starting from bare-bones like in some of the Gran T...

PhysX used to be a solo company, and it would run on any CPU. NVidia partnered with them to allow offloading physics to the GPU instead. Then they bought the company in 2008. Now it's completely theirs. But, most games that have PhysX will still use it on your CPU if you download the standalone PhysX software. Sometimes, NVidia will soft patch it so you have to turn it on manually in a config somewhere. But, it still works on the CPU, and modern CPU's can handle that just fine. I have...

Well, the CPU is currently the biggest bottleneck. But, that's cause it's a mobile CPU with a much lower clock speed. I expect to have a quad-core Ryzen with 8 threads so it has 8 logical cores. Yes, that's basically the same core count as this gen, but it will be a far better architecture, far higher core clock, and save money for other things after being a substantial gain that wouldn't be much of a bottleneck anymore. Particle effects and physics are normally done by the GP...

I hope we get something that looks as good as the launch PS3.

You should learn how to talk to people.

AMD already said not to expect any high end solutions, unfortunately.

I would like a spin-off following the reoccurring sages histories, or the Sheikah.

You could either be constructive and make an interesting conversation of it, or keep regurgitating the same boring words every time an article for this game is posted.

Nay-saying hasn't affected the developers at all. Maybe, get in to it and watch the development, or get out and just ignore it, since that's the only remedy for those apparently not interested. Or, just fish for up-votes any time making a jab at doom and gloom comes up. You'll have a medal one da...

@ArchangelMike

They weren't comparing the camera angles. Being "refined" has nothing to do with having multiple perspectives. They spoke of the game as a whole, but specifically mentioned polishing the game world as much as possible, which is RDR2's strongest suit. RDR2's biggest complaint is that the gameplay isn't nearly as polished as the rest of the game. It's not nearly as intuitive as other third person or first person games. I'd rath...

Half the fun of Star Citizen is being interested and involved with the development cycle and large amount of features that are being worked on behind the scenes, that will be implemented as large updates when their whole system is finished. Such as the webcam mocap, which can use any decent webcam to track the motion of your face and port it to your in-game character for others to see.

There is a lot of cool technology they're working on, but it has a long way to go fo...

They really could fit a lot of Diablo elements into a mix of Souls and Dragons Dogma type games, but it would be silly to do this with the main series name.

Would you stop and actually think about why third person doesn't work for this game? You may have even read one of my many replies to people pandering about it.

This game is specifically designed around first person. Corridors, ventilation ducts, alleyways, etcetera are far too narrow for a proper third person camera. Granted, Deus Ex uses both perspectives to overcome this. But, that would be silly to do exactly the same thing that Deus Ex does while being similar genr...

Phil's main job is to look like the good guy, and to pander to any positive attention that they can get.
The only positive attention XBox has been getting with the masses is backwards compatibility and having more performance due to releasing the latest box and with a higher price tag.

So, since he's mainly just there to look good and make XBox look good, he's going to roll with the annoying "beast" momentum and state something like this sin...

They're blatantly fishing for hits by angering fans. Just look at this score. 8.6, and then a drastically lower score of 5.5 for their PS4 review. Boring tryhards here.

You know what? You're totally right. I mean, why does Civilizations even exist? There are plenty of other PC exclusives. Why would anyone want another optional title to buy? Especially, the stern XBox crowd won't want it either. It doesn't lack games because of laziness and false direction. It's just too good for 'em. /s.

@Skull521

The PS4 has far less shortcomings than XBox One did during and after launch. Obviously, fans were less vocal, because the fans were short on coming up with more shortcomings.

Sony has been listening since day 1. They have been patient with every step they have taken rather than being reactionary to everything. They were already the driving force for cross-platform play. MS decided to shut down their proposal on PS3 and with FF14 sharing platfor...

@xRacer74x

Read AMD history then.

AMD not only brought a cheaper, and better option to CPU's during Athlon and Phenom times, pushing the market forward and making competition stop holding back. But, ATI 4000 series gave NVidia big competition. 5000 series brought tessellation first and AMD had the best cards at the time.

I don't say that AMD is better. But, it's happened before. It just happened with Ryzen again. Despite Int...

@hench07

Maybe, take your own lesson. It's clearly hard for you to accept that Sony has had the best shows for the past decade, and only Nintendo could rival that. Sony brings the surprises, listens to the players, and brings new games that exist and deliver. MS does not. They bring CGI announcements, mostly being for sequels to already worn out franchises. MS' goal is to bring the thunder. They make noise. Which is why their advertisement budget is much hlmore expe...
