Warhawk, Socom, Breath of Fire, Unholy War, MAG, Warcraft, Tony Hawk and NFS Underground, Crystal Chronicles, Resistance, MGS Portable Ops, Legacy of Kain, and FF: Tactics. Games that come to mind that I want something new of, or remakes.

"At least then you guys would have some support for all of your deflection and whining."
Crossplay is just the new backwards compatibility deflection for lack of good exclusives and content. Notice how backwards compatibility bragging is being drowned out by cross-play this and that? Literally because cross-play is a catchy term, you can find some way to twist Sony into being the bad guy, and you have no substantial product to put on d...
The only issue I have is V is a terrible place for a melee button. And, get a mouse with buttons on the side to map your microphone toggle to. It's a great place so you still have near full control of what you're doing when talking.
@Atom666
Deciding on a new console purchase because of features like cross-play, that only appear like ethical, morally, and pro-consumer decisions while not having any exclusive games and innovative features. It's like watching a politically correct SJW film because it includes everyone and gives the illusion of unity and grandeur. But, it's actually a business trying to exploit trends, headlines, and seeking attention wherever possible to get publicity, followers,...
They would be a great fit for the franchise and would definitely improve the formula, but they're busy with other franchises and offerings
It might be a good thing. Maybe, they'll give more time and allow more risks going forward. EA is looking bad all around and this game really has potential. Hopefully we see it turn around.
"Crackdown 3 / Crackdown forever!"
Yeah, you're totally not biased and desperate to defend the game. We'll see how much you like the game when the next big release comes and it's forgotten.
It's below average. Boring environments, poor AI, wonky physics, overly simple combat, uninteresting story, and the multiplayer is repetitive and unchallenging.
I think she should take over The Order franchise. She knows how to make cinematic masterpieces and has several ideas that weren't used for Uncharted that can be applied. The Order would be a great fit imo. So much potential to it. I can only dream
The game really deserved a co-op horde mode. I'm disappointed that it wasn't given another chance given that other studios were given longer years to finish their games. I think it could rival Uncharted as a cinematic game. Imagine Amy Hennig coming back to Sony and fronting that instead
@LightofDarkness
That still means more compute power. I'm not saying they could compete or do better than dedicated cores. It would simply be interesting to see software take full use of them the way Vulkan does.
I just meant in general not for Apex :o
I would like a BR that has a similar recruit system to past MGS games. Where you recruit soldiers with varying stats that make them better in stamina, health, sneaking, sniping, hand to hand, etcetera. Then to bring them into battle. I'd think that a recruit would need recuperating every death. So, you'd save them for a game where you really intend to win
That remains to be seen. AMD cards have a lot of raw compute power even compared to NVidia. The potential is if they could take advantage of it for raytracing. I doubt it unless the software has a specific AMD attuned code. I think AMD should allow a second GPU to handle it if you'd like, similar to NVidia with PhysX back in the day
@starsi360
Nah, you're just being border line toxic, attention hungry, and obsessed with perception in line with your opinion.
Critics are objective. There is a certain way to view games to score it as a product and not a personal item of interest. The game failed to deliver and MS misled everyone, again. You don't have to tell everyone that your different
If that were true then it would be a very generous f2p model imo. I think the packs from leveling is an alright amount for free loot in a free game. I'm a fan of the rainbow six pack rolls from every win and every failed roll increasing the chance next time, but it's not f2p and earning the operators takes forever
@uRaDecepticon
"Did you say last gen Red Faction had better physics and particle effects than Crackdown 3?"
I said that when an object breaks that Red Faction has more detailed textures as well as particle effects from the objects being broken. It's shown in a side by side comparison. The physics also react to explosions far better in Red Faction, whereas CD3 tends to still have plain, untextured, simple objects fall straight down rather tha...
@Darth72
No, Darth. As someone that literally works, trains, and drills with damage control nearly every day, damage control is when damage has already occurred, and it's the efforts to mitigate and lessen the casualty as much as possible. The damage is already done.
@Zeref
It may be large objects, but their polygon counts are very low and poor quality, and the physics are very basic.
It's not nearly the most impressive destruction. Not even close. It's a big environment that can be broken. But, it's boringly simple physics. Quantity over quality is the shtick here.
What impressive technical games have you played to not see how basic this game is? You may as well call Roblox physics imp...
The game does nothing new or innovative. The city is bland, the models, environment density, lighting, variety, etcetera is very plain and clearly sacrificed to get the game out. It doesn't have any original system for character progression. It's just as basic as it gets. The combat is hand holding at its finest. The narrative is not good, and we don't need it to be amazing or complex. It can be simple and still be fine, but it basically was just audio dialogue to listen to. Somet...
@omegaheat
Do you take suggestions for places to dump your money? I could use more myself since you seem so willing.
Microsoft has terrible quality. It's a fact. The OneX is their only solid hardware production. But, it's really not that impressive. It's just newer and more expensive. A bad investment so close to next gen. 7nm will be a big performance gain, and cut power usage, saving money on size, power supply capacity, and thermal cooling...
