Go look at Splinter Cell 2 - Jakarta, Indonesia - , Splinter Cell 3 - the first mission -, and Metal Gear Solid 2 - the tanker - if you want to see some pretty good rain effects. Then come back and look at Resi 4 Remake and realize just how bad and wrong the rain effect looks. As if the rain effect was just a screen overlay or something (I think it is during the gameplay sequences...)
Here we are, long years later, and the original Xbox and PS2 were doing better rain effec...
Arkane gave us some of the best single player games the last couple of generations but everything must come to an end at some point.
It was amazing while it lasted.
I'm glad they didn't. I heard he was asking for way too much money to reprise his role as a mascot. Which is ludicrous since everybody knows Rambi is the real star here. Enguarde is just a second stinger at best.
The audacity of this fish! SHAME!!!
OH GOD NOT AGAIN!!!! STAP IT! The original Yakuza was affected partly because it was compared to GTA. Lets not do this again. Especially not to one of the great Yakuza games.
Does it have to be?
No.
Should it be?
Hell no.
Will it be?
Of Course!
No. He's just an American Plumber hopped up on Mushrooms, watching Italian Porn while Vacationing in Japan.
Avowed will be the Haze of the Soulsborne Games. Spread the news!!! We have a new Elden Ring Killer!!!!
Nah, I'm just kidding. Just like any new Microsawft IP, we'll have to wait for the next E3 after the next E3 after the next E3 after 2030 to see some "exciting" gameplay.
Can't wait...
I remember reading about Sakura Wars 1 and Policenauts on a mag back in the day. I was like "Fuck yeah!!". SATURN RULEZZZ!!!!
Thank you SEGA for bringing these gems over to the west!! Oh, wait...
AAA gaming Bay Bay!!! It's all about Customizing your DecK...Even Mid Air?
( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) - Fantastic!!!
That's barbarically sad. By now an Indie go getter Company like Microsawft should've had a plethora of Amazing in-house exclusives.
Guys, I'm worry about them. I think the money's gone to their heads...This is so sad...
You should be more worried about them actually learning from Good Games...
Yup.
Easy.
If you're talking about the world itself and how it acts and reacts to you then Red Dead Redemption 2 by a landslide. No competition.
If we're talking about the structural side of the game, like the missions, side quests, combat, etc. then Witcher 3 by a landslide. No competition.
So if we combine both of these categories, divided by fun factor, multiply by fuck yeah, then rounded up to please give me more. Lastly, add a ...
Dead Space
Dead Space 2
The Callisto Protocol
...
...uhm...
...
...Lost Planet 3?
None. The Callisto Protocol is what Dead Space 3 should've been and what fans would've wanted Dead Space 4 to be during last gen.
Fans of the series and the genre just got a massive W, and as we know, this shit don't last very long so enjoy it.
Just another self reporting loser. Just another absolute soggy ass bitch that can't handle reality. But we now know that at this point squawking "wOkE" is just dog whistle for "I'm a little shit head Nazi and my feelings are fragile." They love accusing us of getting triggered when they're the most fragile little snowflake of them all.
Deacon was a shit character. A garbage vanilla badly written bro loser. How about you learn how to write in...
It went from mildly interesting looking to shovelware looking. Nooice! It should sell some more copies now for sure. 👍
"Some poorly made assumptions there bud," Given that this IS an EA game, those assumptions were perfectly crafted and very well justified.
"...wrong on all counts." Not all. The Graffiti Style does looks great. As for the rest? I guess I was. 🤷
"There are no microtransaction at all!" For now. There is that pesky "Upgrade" though. So we'll see how long that last...
The point is that while it might be an outlier, maybe even a bug, being in the same company as the GTA Remastered is not where they should find themselves in. Especially since this is not their first game to use this engine.
Hopefully they fix it, cuz it looks awful.
