Remember to wait for the Unofficial Patch and at least wait after there's 100+ modes available. Especially those that add life to planets, vehicles, AI overhaul, combat overhaul, better followers, ENBs, better weather, graphics, etc. You know the deal. Wait until modders actually fix the Bethesdajank and make an average game at best into a must own.
This is a Bethesda game after all. Don't burn yourself buying it too early.

This is exciting. I remember when Bethesda released the Beta demo Code Named "The Precursors" back in 2009. It was pretty fun. It's right now on Steam so go check it out.

Sadly, Remember Me is not a forgotten Gem but a case of wasted potential. The best idea the game had was the Mind Remix Segments and the New Paris World setting, neither of which where really exploited or used well. Instead everything comes down to this just being pretty Beat'em Up and nothing more.
It does deserves a re-imagining though. Make it in first person and use something like the current Sherlock Holmes like gamedesign. Use some of that Deus Ex/Hitman mechanics...
Honestly? Play the SNES version on an emulator. This remake looks like garbage. While smaller teams are giving us gorgeous old school visuals SquareEnix is doing asset flips.
Seriously, why not make the graphic have that Front Mission 3 PS1 dithering pixel goodness with the Octopath Travelers rendering effects?
