Notice how this statement is entirely dependant on my preferences and situation, rather than a magical answer that tells everyone exactly which version they should get.
I would be really surprised if Bioshock doesn't come out for the PS3 at some point, especially since the sequel seems to be coming for the 360, PS3, and even the Wii for some strange reason.
Seriously, it's disgusting. People are so focused on their personal console of choice that they completely ignore the fact that, if IGN is anywhere close to accurate, next week will be a wonderful week for ALL gamers.

As expected, the PS3 version is slightly superior in frame rate, aliasing, and pop-in. Sony's system is finally starting to flex the muscle we all knew it had.
This has finally been openly stated by a big-name gaming site.

The 360 version was reviewed, too. It's on 360.ign.com. It also got a 10/10.
The game got a 10/10 not because it's perfect, but because it's revolutionary and pushes the genre. A few framerate hitches, aliasing issues and pop-in does not make the game any less revolutionary.

I wanted to include something for non console owners but it would've made the chart too big, and there's a lot of other questions to ask like "Do you care about reliability, which exclusives do you want more, etc."

And yeah, I'm getting the 360 version, because I own a 360 and not a PS3, so it wasn't really a difficult choice. Also, nearly all my friends have 360's and not PS3's, so if I want to play online with people I know, 360 it is.
