Sigh. Another company falls victim to the 'Holy crap look how much money Blizzard is making' mindset.
Why bother finishing the story you started telling with the first two KotoR games when you can jump ahead 300 years and skip it entirely?
And of course no mention of PvP anywhere in this article, because MMO players these days are carebears who just want to kill make-believe AI-controlled drones until they drop Super Loot Item 37.
Yeah, right. The game will probably sell half a million copies if only because it's developed by Nintendo and has the word "Wii" on the front.
Doesn't matter if you're offended.
There is no human right to "not be offended". Everyone will be offended by something or another in their life. That's PART of life.
This delay is completely absurd, and caters to the those who seek to dominate the world with political correctness.
You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about, and are letting your hatred of MS blind your sense of reality.
Can you name a single subscription service that offers both single-month and multi-month "packages" of time and will give you the discounted price for 3, 6, or 12 months once you reach that point of a monthly subscription?
MMOs? Nope.
NetFlix? Nope.
Gamefly? Nope.
"...don't you realize that as long as you pay for Live you are essentially leasing your xbox 360?"
Unless, of course, you only play offline.
XBox Live Gold is $4.17 a month - or $.14 a day. That's less than a text messaging plan on a cell phone account.
These are hardly bank-breaking numbers. If that many helps ensure that nearly every game released for the 360 - including independently-produced games coming via XNA - have multiplayer support...
End up like Assassin's Creed in what way? Having a game with glaring flaws reviewed in different ways by different people, some of whom are willing to look passed those flaws and others who aren't?
I enjoyed Assassin's Creed, but it WAS a very flawed game in many ways, and I can see why it's a "love it or hate it" for reviewers.
Yet they gave a non-exclusive game a higher score.
But, you know, I guess that's irrelevant.
"Second of all, DEAD SPACE scoring 6.5????????? YEA RIGHT.
GAMESPOT 5/5
IGN 9/10
And these people gave it a 6.5???
Rigged. Cmon dont be hating just because PS3 is main platform for Dead space."
It's almost like people have different opinions about the same game, or something.
You need to calm down, dude. It's just a video game review. Everything's going to be okay.

The GPS is an add-on to the PSP. It has nothing to do the two hardware updates - the PSP2000 and PSP3000 models.
I think most people would argue the original DS Lite was just as significant as the slim PSP.
Also, the comment by Sony that the DS is only for people 12 and under is absurd. I love both my PSP and my DS, and the DS has plenty to offer for the above 21 crowd.
Oh good. Another WW2-based FPS.
*slams his head against his desk*
How is this made up? It's an interesting article.
Just because you don't like the results doesn't mean it's "made up."
"Everybody who wants a xbox 360...already has one"
I disagree, or they wouldn't keep selling so well in North America.
I could've said the same thing about the PS2 after it'd been out for awhile, but what happened when the price dropped to $199? Sales took off.
I still think the 360 will capture some areas of the casual market far more effectively than the original XBox ever could.
I do, however, agree that the Wii will continue t...
Think of me what you will now but I think bigots are just a disgrace to the human race.
Now, I can understand if you choose to be a bigot but tell me this: Why do bigots have to act like idiots and like their version of "normal" is the same as everyone else's. Why do they have to talk like they're in the 1950s?? Why do they care what someone else is wearing? Why do they have to watch "those parades where they shake their d*cks in everyones faces and advertise gay...
"Gay rights = special treatment above and beyond human rights."
How so?
Bonus points for answering the question without using language like "homo".
@2.7 Below:
I know, it's a depressing realization. :|
Did it ever occur to you that maybe, just maybe, homosexuality is a natural response to a species getting too large?
More gay people means less reproduction, which is GOOD, because as a species we're heading towards overpopulation as it is.
In my opinion, that's a storybook tale.
Do people exist who actually take an obviously metaphorical story as reality? Come on.
I'd hoped the N4G community was a bit more enlightened than the posts I'm seeing here. Ugh.
@Below:
See my reply to your post.
The only thing backwards are people like you.
Did you even read the article? It has to do with the treatment of employees, investors, and customers. NOTHING to do with their games.
Basically, they got awarded because the people who run those companies are about 50 years past your kind on the evolutionary ladder.
"Pro gay propaganda"?
What a joke.
People like you get called a bigot because you are, in fact, a bigot.
Wake up to the real world.
It is a horrible, disgusting piece of trash, and so is whoever made it.
That being said, it should not be banned. I don't want any restrictions placed on the freedom of the internet as long as laws aren't being broken. The great and horrible thing about the internet is that people on here have the freedom to say exactly what they think.
It's freedom of expression, but that doesn't make it any less sickening.
Yeah, God forbid a loyal Sony customer who bought a 20 GB PS3 on release actually be able to play all of this holiday season's biggest games without filling up the HD space with installs.
Sure, they can play one gate at a time and delete installs when they're done, but what's the point of that? Why is the "ease of use" nature of a console slowly dying in favor of a PC-style architecture?
