Everything about the Wii was exciting. The shape of the console. The sensor bar. The nunchuck. The menu system. The pack in game that was so good it was voted GOTY.
The Wii wasn't a traditional system. GameCube was just a PS2. Wii U is just a PS3 with an extra screen. Wii was primitive virtual reality. Coolest thing anyone had ever played at that point.
I'm glad I have to point out such obvious things.
Not much change from last week. Luckily E3 is close.
GameCube - only thing exciting was the controller - didn't sell
Wii - most exciting console ever - sold out everywhere
Wii U - only thing exciting was the controller - didn't sell
What's the pattern?
The recent string of new 3DS XL discounts are a good hint that the NX isn't too far away.
This is all SEGA has to do. Physical retro compilations and new games that they take their time with and put a Nintendo level of polish on.
This release is a gift to the lifelong SEGA fans.
Life is good. Life would be better if SEGA rebuilt its strength and had more games to release.
Joins Madworld, Dementium the Ward, and House of the Dead Overkill as good games but odd fits on Nintendo Systems.
PSP has an amazing library of games.
You never owned a SEGA Genesis then.
Epic! The 1st half at least.
This is the best thing Nintendo Everything puts out. Great to have a link to all pre-orders in one place.
You're an idiot if you think virtual reality is a fad. Everyone on Earth got a Wii at first because it was something they've never done before. Virtual reality is Wii times one million.
This game looks good. Hopefully the one year delay was to perfect it.
Excellent. Exxxxcellent
Is the NX real?
Maximum Carnage
2 problems with the 3DS: the screen sucks & it's got a weak processor compared to Vita. This creates 2 other problems: games don't look great on it, so companies don't bother making great looking games & almost no big, open-world games come to it.
NX will probably fix these 2 problems. It if has backwards compatibility and is region-free, it will be the perfect system. Here's hoping it comes soon.

The reason the Wii sold sold so much was because it felt like virtual reality. When you played Wii Golf, you were really golfing. That's why it was the #1 in the world for so long.
