This is a pointless conversation b/c Nintendo is going to E3. Their gonna have the usual booth set up and meetings taking place. They just wanted to do the big presentation on their terms. They picked the exact time, day, and format they wanted to present. And the world will be watchin

Nintendo doesn't care about the media...at all. The media doesn't cover Nintendo. Game Informer has had approx. 2 Nintendo cover stories over the last 4 years. So Nintendo sees no point in going to a media briefing.

Nintendo DOES care very deeply about us individual consumers. That's why they want to speak directly to us with a Nintendo Direct and brand new, E3-revealed game demos set up at our local Best Buy. In the world of gaming, I consider them heroes fo...

3DS needs an FPS. As in CoD or MPH

You are OBVIOUSLY spittin facts. Let's look at some of Nintendo's Metacritic scores on recent games to see EXACTLY how far their legendary standards have fallen: Zelda: Skyward Sword-93%, Super Mario Galaxy 2-97%, Kid Icarus: Uprising-83%, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon-86%, Metroid: Other M-79%, Nintendo Land-77%, Mario Kart 7-85%, Super Mario 3D Land-90%.

EVERY single major IP, from handheld to home console, in the 97%-77% range? How the mighty have fallen

Smash Bros. will be COMPLETELY different this year, which immediately disproves your whole comment. It's being co-developed by fighting genre legends Namco for the 1st time ever, Sakurai is letting other people help with character balancing for the 1st time ever, it's adding new playable characters, and EVERY returning character will have new moves. And it's coming to a Nintendo handheld for the 1st time ever which has me at geek level SUPREMA

The presser for their presentation did say they have some announcements, so they might got more for you than you think

Am I the only here insanely geeked up b/c E3 is less than a week away and unofficially starts tomorrow with Konami's presentation???

PHYSICAL COPIES!!! I had nothin against this game, as the original version scored well and gamefaqs and it has a nice, colorful art style. But it just wasn't latchin onto me for some reason. But I am 100% serious when I say think I might be forced to buy it now.

I am on a mission in life to keep up the tradition of boxed retail releases. They hold a place in my heart for many a reason:

1.) Box art: Look at the cover for this game. It's out of co...

It pleases me greatly that the Vita has been able to maintain a spot in the Top 3 console sales in Japan for over 2 straight months since the price drop, despite only having a few retail releases over that span.

If Sony digs deep during E3, does what it knows it has to, and announces at least 4 AAA Vita titles based on popular Western IPs (AC, CoD, GTA, MGS, etc), as well as a universal price drop, and a remodeled version of the system, it will do the seemingly impossible an...

I gotta lotta games I'm xcited about this E3. I'm a handheld guy, so here's the 8 biggest handheld games I'm uberly anticipatin at E3:

1. First look at Super Smash Bros. 4 3DS
2. First look at LEGO Marvel 3DS & Vita versions (devs say they're doing "somethin different this time")
3. First details on Sonic's 3rd game in xclusive Big N deal
4. Announced Ubisoft Vita games (AC & Ghost Recon rumored)
5. An...

That's a sexy list, considerin I'd be mighty turned on by any new AC, CoD, Disney Infinity, or Rainbow Six game for Vita. A new game from Kojima would look pretty hot as well

Bioshock Vita was ANNOUNCED at E3, NOT a rumor like the article says. Course, we don't even know if it's in development yet. So it's worth about as much as a rumor at the moment

In one sense, I'm happy about this b/c I just didn't see how the 3rd game COULDN'T be rushed if it was being developed alongside two other games.

But on the negative side, this might mean we won't find out details about the 3rd game for a LONG time. AND it's definitely gonna take longer for Sonic to be able to speed toward new adventures on my Vita

This list only has 18 Vita games. GamesRadar wrote an article last year about 25 Vita games that were on the E3 show floor. That list didn't include AC or CoD which were announced but not playable. So really there were 27 Vita games at E3 last year. That's a big discrepancy. Will Vita get enough announcements at this year's E3 to match or surpass last year's total?

Mateys, I be in search of unannounced treasures. Legend has it that the great 3rd parties have buried magical items inside Sony's E3 conference. I be talkin about Vita versions of major IPs that deal with Assassins, Ghosts, and Patriots, if ye catch me drift

THIS pretty much guarantees a price drop. There have been weeks where one, maybe two stores offer a discount or big gift card for buyin a Vita. But EVERY single major retailer? That's called a panic.

You know why they're panicking? Because in a week and a half the price of a Vita is gonna drop to $200. If they can sell it for $250 and a gift card, they're still making $250 instead of $200. Believe me, it's ALWAYS better to have more cash

A couple days ago we get word from a credible source that a Tom Clancy game is coming to Vita. Now we have confirmation that a company who has previous experience developing a handheld Tom Clancy game for PSP has a Vita booth at E3 this year. These clues lead to somethin, but I just can't figure it out. Where's Nancy Drew when I need her??
