It has two shoulder buttons plus two triggers. It has all the normal buttons plus the touch screen. I guess the only question is if the sticks "click".

He didn't say anything about arkham city, he was just reiterating his comment about arkham asylum. I don't think we'll see the last of Hamill's joker in arkham city, the character is probably harder to give up than he thought it would be.

If I'm reading the article right, it doesn't sound like you even can play in 3D when sharing the screen. So the answer is yes, but you'll still need the glasses.

If you're going to be that technical, maybe you should refer to the Dreamcast. Separate screen that interacted with the main console, right?

The Wii U is an expansion on a Sony idea. It's a really good expansion, but it's still an expansion. Remote Play on PSP has allowed me do many of the things shown today, and Vita will allow the rest to be done, including Move integration.

But if we're going to be particular, SEGA were probably the true in...

Slightly off topic, but does this mean there's no longer fall damage?

Actually, was there fall damage in Portal 1? I can't remember anymore.

Market share doesn't really matter between generations, at least it didn't used to. With the implementation of online and Xbox Live, this may change, but it didn't used to matter.

Nintendo took market share from Atari, Sony took market share from Nintendo. Now Nintendo went from last to first. Market share really isn't, and hasn't been, a huge factor in console sales between generations. People are loyal to the games, not the hardware.

But...

I don't have numbers to back it up, but I'm fairly certain the PS2 had a higher failure rate than the PS3.

Of course, when my PS2 stopped reading discs, I just opened it up and cleaned the lens. When my PS3 stopped reading discs, I sent it in to be fixed.

Ah, good to know. I never played either of those expansions. I just remember how frustrating it was in GTA4.

Spiderman is awesome, but this indeed does look like crap.

Another great feature that inFamous implemented was the autosave system. If you die during a mission, it takes you back to the previous checkpoint during that mission. That sounds pretty basic, but it's actually not common in open world games. GTA still hasn't done it.

Along with the quick load times, I hope this feature returns, as I'm sure it will. That, some fantastic graphics, an interesting story, fun gameplay, replayability, and user-created missions are the...

"In the headline picture the people looks like dolls."

I see, because from that quote, it sounded like you were basing it off that one frame.

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. Personally, I find most of the acting in Heavy Rain stilted, and the characters seem lifeless. Whereas in Uncharted 2, the characters seem like real people, and look like them, too.

For instance:

The characters in uncharted 2 both look and act more realistic than heavy rain. Have you played it?

Which sounds nice in theory, except you can't buy the exact number of points you want, you have to adhere to the point increments that MS decides.

I wouldn't mind points if I could buy exactly 560 points for $7.

If something costs more the $5 on PSN, you can pay the exact amount (or maybe if you have to add more than $5 into your account to purchase it, I don't remember). Still inconvenient if you want to buy something small like a LBP costume or something. But at least you can get your balance to $0.00 like DigitalAnalog said.

I wish you could pay exact for everything, but still, I prefer PSN's symstem to XBL.

*Ahem* "lowest rung of society". Hackers are a rung. Child molesters are a rung. Thus, hackers are worse than child molesters.

The inference is right there. That said, DaTruth clearly doesn't know rhetorical hyperbole when he sees it.

Anyone surprised? No? Didn't think so.

Which is a shame, I used to find that my opinion lined up pretty well with IGN. But I've been disagreeing with them more and more over the last several months. Guess I need to find a new site.

^Except none of this argument really matters because there's no way there are 43.4 million PS3's online. That's over 95% of the total PS3's sold. Factor in the number that have broken or go unused, and you have no margin for the tons of people who don't connect their PS3's to the internet.

I don't have any way of knowing how accurate these numbers are, but I can assure you they aren't counting the number of PS3's connected to the internet. ...

I can understand why you feel that way. Luckily, KZ2 is still around to play.

However, personally, I prefer KZ3 a lot more. And it's not just the difference in the controls, I can play both games just fine. It's the manageable numbers that don't turn into cluster****s quite so easily or often. It's not having to play Radec Academy relentlessly because it's the only map most people like to play. I also prefer the weapons, and their variety. And personally, ...

"What irritates me is that this isn't the first time this has happened. Sucker Punch tried changed the appearance of Cole in Infamous and everyone bitched. Now, the new design is awful. It's just a bald guy with a giant scar now. "

That's your example? Sucker Punch only changed the design of Cole because all the reviewers (and apparently some gamers) complained about him (like you're doing now). After they CHANGED him, everyone was in an outrage and ...
