perhaps overall one could argue that. However vs Cabal this scout rifle is a BEAST!! extra DMG and shoots through their shields are definitely nice perks. imo it's the best exotic scout. Surely I'm forgetting one or two but Mida and Jade aren't bad rifles. Though I still prefer Nameless Midnight as a primary scout.
short term that's my thinking. XB sales might be grand but Spiderman will dampen PS4 sales; at least initially. Long term both consoles will sell their fair share of copies.
I've been tempted to order Tomb Raider but between The Show, Divinity, Spiderman dropping, etc, I figure I might as well just wait until I'm going to play it. maybe get a discount if it can wait until Black Friday.
IGN. Bunch of Hacks who can't even play the games and write their own reviews.
I was just looking at Lords of the Fallen the other night thinking I should go back and replay it. Solid game, decent level design, game play, etc.
Hopefully Lords of the Fallen 2 is ready at next gens console launch.
Last year, hopes high. This year, hopes low. And based off this map it's very likely going to be what I expected. A game akin to The Division, Ghost Recon or practically anything else. It's a blast to play, fun & engaging for the first month but after that boring with nothing to do. One of these days developers/publishers are going to realize they need real substance to make their games last. I certainly hope I'm wrong but from what we've seen this year, I strongly doubt I...
I started on the highest difficulty. After a few days of getting no where I lowered it. And yeah, I definitely regretted not just sticking with it. Once you get rolling and unlocking stuff combat is a breeze. I hoped I'd go back but haven't yet. Was a dam good game though
screw sequel. Go full blown Venom game w/ guest appearances from Spiderman
They did take 1 year off between Syndicate and Origins. this may finally be the first I pass on. though I could decide to pick it up Black Friday depending on some variables. Anyway. Origins, while great, just wasn't AC. They've taken the Assassin out of Creed. The drone [eagle] was absolutely fun and great though. And while Odyssey will probably be a good game, it too is not really looking like a AC game. At this point, it almost feels like they need these to be a spin off, not full ...
and yet the series get an Honorable mention!? travesty
Fool's Gambit no doubt. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love Destiny. At it's core it's always been a solid game. But year after year they've given us such little content. They built up D1 only to demolish it and everything that made it great when they released D2. Now Forsaken is implementing some things that should have been in D2 day one; great. However, instead of actually giving us fair and regular content now they want us to pay $40 for the Fall DLC and another $35 ...
Oddly enough I bought it for $10-20 just 2-3 months ago. I constantly see both Gravity Rush and Gravity Rush 2 on sale via PSN.
If we want to get technical, then yes, there's a TON of games who's price isn't right via PSN/XBL. Sony and Publishers who's games are on these platforms really need to pay more attention to retail and price their games accordingly. But they don't. Let's leave it at $X so when it';s on sale it looks like a deal. Just li...
because 4 million isn't the total he received. It's one of many checks....
I'll just quote the bloody article
"Although not going into an exact figure he got for the whole series he does mentions that around the release of the fourth game, he got a royalty cheque of a whooping $4 million"
No doubt. I thoroughly enjoyed The Order. Yes it was short and had some other things I could complain about but overall it was a solid game. Considering it's length a $40 price tag may have swayed some negative press.Though with the cut scenes, regardless of price point, it still would have likely received a lot of bad press....
Anyway, considering all the crap The Order did receive there's no way Days Gone will be PS4s biggest flop. Let's not forget, with ris...
If you want to be technical, yes, the revenue from Rockstar owns T2. Take 2 relies on the income from Rockstar games to fund not only their own games but future Rockstar games as well. At best NBA 2k is probably a break even game though with microtransactions now perhaps it does pull it's own weight from gamers buying coins or whatever it is they sell. Also with the Shark Cards in GTA that has undoubtably helped revenue but again, that's coming from a Rockstar game. It's GTA who h...
Lords of the Fallen was fantastic. I'll take From Software games over it any day but in it's own right Lords was definitely on point. I never really cared for the world of Surge so never played it.
It's an article from Forbes, need I say more?
honestly all polls can easily be skewed. Bots or not... I will agree though, twitter poll really holds no weight.
that's my first thought when seeing this.... Matter of fact Sony doesn't bank on a lot of the titles it ends up producing. And some are semi successful while others are blockbusters. Not every game is going to gain massive sales and appeal. Sony wants all games to succeed, surely, but they don't bank on any individual one. Nor do they bank on day 1 sales or first month sales. Rather they think long term, ie life time sales.
I have to agree Deep-throat. It's not like games this generation haven't dropped in pricing and been available for $15-20. Even most end up being $30 at some point.
Though I do also agree it's LONG overdue to have a greatest hits lineup this list certainly isn't anything special. I could argue that because a ton of games, almost, if not all these even, have been available for $20 or less the program is mute. So in today's practices, while this is overdo...
Nope. Uncharted 1 trumps Uncharted 2. 2 cents.
