Scalebound is an incredibly difficult game to get right. Remember Lair? Even Panzer Dragoon for how great it was, simply would not hold up today. Though if i recall Panzer Dragoon was always flight only as well and akin to an arcade game. Then we have Drakengard. Don't get me wrong, Platinum is talented and Scalebound looked phenomenal. Just don't discount how extremely challenging a game like that is going to be not only to develop but get right. I think that's one of the main re...
Veneno. That's exactly what it is too. Niche audience. All those Japanese and JRPGs, etc.
After the PSP I thought I wouldn't bite again. Eventually, maybe a year after launch on Black Friday, I bought the white AC Liberation bundle. Which was a phenomenal game... At first the Vita was looking promising, like the Switch, in regards to software. Some great games and some ports were put out in the first 2-3 years. Shortly after whatever the time frame was is when deve...
honestly, an intelligent consumer doesn't need to do any research. They know what they enjoy and what their money is worth so can select any given game based on a simple video/trailer.
Besides, reviews haven't been unbiased articles about a games strengths, weaknesses, technical flaws for probably 2 decades+. Nowadays reviews are opinion pieces that do very little to nothing to truly help any gamer in need of guidance.
there's no such thing as too much to play; exclusive or not.
an adult rating is a death sentence for games. Retailers simply will NOT carry AO games.
and Xenoblade Chronicles 2. can't forget that gem.
Love the game but Movie..... No Thanks
its just like Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls. Some get it, others don't. Those who don't rate it poorly.
yep, just because Blizzard can get away with raping fees for mounts and pets doesn't mean Bungie can. But hey, there's idiots with more coin than sense who will happily buy it.
wonder if this has anything to do with why Amazon hasn't had much, if any stock of Sony games. MLB The Show '18. Never available for order. God of War, unavailable. Detroit Become Human. Available for pre-order up until sometime this year, currently unavailable for quite some time. Spiderman available for pre-order until shortly after the official launch date was announced. Now, not available for pre-order. Days Gone, use to be available for pre-order, now currently unavailable. And s...
Why? what possible motives or story could be gained? I'd imagine that this is planned as another trilogy and as such the story line, to some degree, is already laid out. Furthermore, wasting time on DLC takes a decent portion of the team away from working on the sequel which will w/o a doubt begin of the process of going into development in the coming weeks.
A lot of games are great and leave me wanting more. Timely DLC is an important factor. However, in many cases it...
that's exactly it. Vick was a game breaker in '04 and though it's been some time since, they learned their lesson.
that's exactly it. The size isn't overwhelming yet it's just big enough to immerse you into the game while playing the story and it's side quests if you choose. Not to mention most of the areas are linear.....
indeed. Never once did the open world distract me from the story nor did I feel the structure was hurt due to it.
MLB The Show 18 was the first game I noticed was unavailable. I'm assuming it has something to do with Amazon Primes Discount and Sony is keeping other major retailers happy by limiting how many of Sonys titles are given to Amazon. Though this doesn't explain the reason why MLB The Show was never available for pre-order or order via Amazon so ???????? Whatever the reason, as someone who doesn't have good options, and as someone who prefers physical, Amazon has been a life saver fo...
nope, still a console here. while i figured this year wouldn't stack up to last it has become a bit disappointing. But hopefully [more] exclusives that make it worth owning are around the corner.
Right when I loaded up the game and seen "Raid Lair" I was already disappointed. The first Raid, while different, wasnt half bad. But the first raid lair was rubbish. And by adding only another Lair, this is a joke.
I played the campaign for about an hour and a half and screwed around some. I logged on right at 2 EST and by 4 EST people were already done with the campaign and starting the new event on Mars. Meaning campaign complete.
People can ...
I'm guessing fake. D Pad and Button circle black. Front black, etc. It does look sweet I will give it that but I'm leaning toward this being fake. It actually looks like it could be a Skin. Same as the controller.
exactly. It's likely set up as a trilogy like the original.
btw: anyone who has or hasn't beaten it. make sure to travel to Kratos' home after the game and take a nap.
they don't need to do a single player focused game. They just need to get Destiny right. Instead they butchered 2 and have no vision or road map. The story was to complicated for your average gamer so they scrapped D1 a year before launch and gave us what we got. D1 was great out the box and gradually got better. D2 stripped everything away and came with another broken story. D2 DLC has been BS, weak, lacking story, lacking direction, etc. At it's core Destiny is a solid game. They ju...
