on the front of your car! :P assuming you don't live in some goofy state which requires you to put a plate on both ends of your car. ;)
I was tempted to order it from amazon.com. But notice GTAIV isn't GTAIV. It's GTA1V. What gives? This isn't GTA one four. It's GTA IV. Roman Numerals anyone? Whoever came up with this one isn't very bright are they? For the simple fact the I is a 1 it made me pass.
Actually, I'm still trying to talk myself out of the Special Edition ...
exactly... I couldn't agree more...
The fact of the matter is that digital downloads are a good 10 years from becoming reality; at least a reasonable reality as right now it's a joke. Even then, I'd say a majority of movie watchers rent most their flicks; kind of like how most gamers seem to rent. Skip the download and rent the HD version of the movie through On Demand. And even then I'm not so sure digital downloads will have a strong attach rate. People either won't have the ha...
imo he has a valid point about the price point. $15 for these old games? Most, if not all can easily be found either online or locally for $10 or so to the door. So imo, and most others I've talked to about this topic, the games cost to much. And a majority of people I've talked to, including myself, would rather have a copy of the game to add to our collection, not hard drive. And in the future if you decide it's no longer a game you want to keep at least if you have a copy of the game you c...
this isn't really surprising at all... Blue Dragon had all 3 discs stacked as well. Seems MS simply doesn't want to package games properly. Blue Dragon, Halo 3, Halo 2, and the list probably goes on. So this is really no surprise at all to me. It's really what I expected. But it's certainly a shame they don't do something as simple as the flip case which has been used even w/ PS2 games that were on multiple discs or had bonuses included; like Onimusha Dawn of Dreams, Zone of Enders w/ the MG...
actually my Dualshock 3 works quite nicely w/ DMC 4 as well. As does it with Unreal 3 and many other games...
I've yet to play the 360 version [probably just rent it] so I don't have anything to compare my PS3 version to. But for the most part the load times are excellent. Anywhere from instant to a couple seconds tops for actual gameplay loads. To me, if having to endure 20 minutes for an install ensures I don't have to wait for load times in game then I'm all for it. I'd rather...
the demo was a bit strange at first [getting used to GoW on PSP] but it only left me WANTING MORE. Just placed an order for it today through ebgames.com because their Daily Deal is Free Overnight Shipping on GoW:CoO. Can't wait to play this game on my way down to Detroit for the Redwings game that weekend. Should give me plenty of time to beat it while my gf drives. ;) ;)
yeah, a little disappointing that it only holds 2 discs. I figured it would hold 3... I had a $25 Amazon.com certificate so I was planning on ordering Crisis Core from them anyway. This is nothing more than a cool, trivial bonus that might get me more money for the game IF I ever resell it... ;)
also, the Altoids Sours case only holds 3 games comfortably. If you cram 4 games into the case you run the risk of cracking the plastic case that holds the UMD disc...
SCi/Eidos doesn't have many games in their portfolio to begin with and that's a major portion to their continued downfall. Their best title, Tomb Raider, doesn't even peak my interest anymore and that was a teenage favorite of mine. Since the PS days the series has gone to crap. Although Crystal Dynamics is working hard to bring the series back to it's roots and be a selling title. But by giving Crystal Dynamics the rights to Tomb Raider they've now left Legacy of Kain in the dark. The origin...
Same here... nearly every single used game I've bought has been of a game that are OOP [out of print] and no longer carried by stores. And even then I either buy them from ebay though I hate the site, or amazon.com through a seller... Personally I think gamestop, ebgames & maybe gamecrazy are the problem. Not necessarily used games sales in general. But there is certainly a need for used games, and a time and place for them; like when they're OOP...
Personally I think the b...

Oo. I didn't realize CoD 4 wasn't on the 360... Oh wait, matter of fact that's what I played CoD4 on; a 360. Fact of the matter is that I stated my personal opinion... I honestly didn't like Halo 3 online. And perhaps it's because it's to bloody slow and I've been getting used to playing Unreal 3 online the past 3 weeks. And I really didn't care for the ma...
I don't see why so many people like Halo Online, and think it's great... Maybe it's just a matter of my personal opinion, but I've finally got online & I don't see anything special or that good about it. & quite frankly the match making aspect SUCKS... Give me CoD4, Resistance, or Unreal 3 over Halo any day... but again, maybe that's just a matter of opinion. All those who play Halo online are so used to, and addicted from Halo 2 that they don't want to venture beyond the franchise. I...
Lol!! those are PANTS!! Those were somewhat popular at the time. Even Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, and many other big names had lines which included pants that looked like those. They actually brought back some memories to me, laughing at all the people who used wear them. Lol.
yep, ordered Mercs 2 for PS3 [$39.82], Haze [$29.82], and Dark Sector [$19.82] for 360 and they've gone through and canceled all my orders from this afternoon while I was at work tonight... Figured I wouldn't get these games at such a great price but had to give it a shot. I've filed a complaint w/ the BBB though so hopefully walmart.com will settle this complaint and honor the price they listed these games at...
I strongly urge everyone who placed an order that canceled to fil...

idk about surfergirl not wanting it on this site anymore but I sure as hell am sick of seeing this crap still...
more speculation and place holder dates. And there's no way Killzone 2 is dropping by April. They haven't even rolled out the beta test which they're surely bringing. Even Guerrilla said they're a firm believer in beta tests, KZ1 and Liberation had one... And April just isn't a reasonable date no matter how you look at it, beta test or not...
I'm getting really sick of all these idiots actually believing these dates are true. Not only in this case, but in general. Dates set onl...
actually, imo this isn't making something out of nothing. It is a pain and I've read numerous complaints from people who are having problems getting the files onto their PS3. For some reason when booting Unreal 3 it wasn't reading the mod files from my USB drive even though everything was done accordingly... So a better way of implementing these mods into the game should be configured; at least imho. And You should be able to download multiple mods onto your USB Drive/Memory Card and download...
Lol, Ubi shop has it listed as August 2008.

"However, this delay may spell trouble for Free Radical - it puts Haze directly in the wake of SCEA’s monster FPS, Killzone 2(due out towards the end of February 08)."
they lost any credibility they might have had w/ that comment... Anyway, it's not uncommon for online retailers to change dates. It happens all the time w/ games. I won't jump the gun just yet on this one. Either way, even in March it certainly won't be competing w/ Killzone 2 which most certainly isn't...
Naughty Dog is like Insomniac. They are the best developers when it comes to creating annual titles on the Playstation. They create the very best games in the very least amount of time. Other developers could really learn from these two studios. So it's easy to expect that Uncharted 2 can be a Christmas 2009 title. Of course it depends on Sony's lineup this Holiday Season as well. If Resistance 2, Killzone 2, Infamous [originally announced as 2008], and several other games are slated for rele...
