“Flopza 7”
Are you twelve?
I don’t see the relevance, honestly. I mean, Nintendo should put up a Virtual Console for the Switch, but I don’t see how cancelling the Wii’s service has, or should have, anything to do with that.
Funny how fast this thing gets approved when PS4 is selling more, but how slow it is when the Switch is on top.
Of course, an argument can be made about casuals purchasing the Wii, but we can’t cast a console aside off that basis alone. There are bound to be some core games that purchased the Wii (I.e. myself) and there are bound to be casuals that purchased the PS4, 360, PS3, and One as well.
These graphs always fail to represent the entire picture. That is, they never show the Wii with the Xbox 360 and PS3. Combining all three of these consoles you’d see about 260 million total by the end of their life, but I really doubt we are going to see that this generation.
Is it dying? Not really, but sales are down from last generation so far with PS4 picking up the brunt of the slack.
Last year was the best selling year for the PS4, and this year looks to be even better. It may seem odd, but the first year for consoles is seldom the best selling year.
The fact that the Switch can go toe to toe with the PS4 during one of PS4s best selling years on the market thus far is impressive.
The Wii U only sold decent it’s first two months. After that it tanked. About 3.7 million for the full year. The Switch beat that in two months.
No it doesn’t, but you also don’t need any direct knowledge of XC1 to play and enjoy XC2
How many laptops are there in the world that could legitimately run this game very well with this emulator?
The definitive experience is however you’d like to play it. Personally, I like being able to take it to work with me, but I can see the appeal of the higher frame rate and clearer visuals.
Also from the article: “In September, Switch was the top-selling current-gen hardware in the United States. It’s the third month in the row for the console and the fifth time overall in the seven months since launch. Sales for Switch are now at over two million units in the US alone”
A whole lot of those are not first party. Look if you are going to make the claim that the Vita has more first party games than the Switch+Wii U then own up to it. Give me a list of JUST 1st party games.
I don't think I'd ever use 60 minutes of recording (heck, I thought that the PS4 cap was 10 minutes). Though I do think that the Switch should be at least 2 minutes. That is the time I find most of my videos to be around.
Can you list all the first party Vita games on the PS Vita for me?
This way I can compare to the Wii U and Switch.
I wonder what Lime is going to say this time...
But with more recent consoles they, the PSP, PS3, and PS Vita, never found that same type of post-generation success. I think that the gaming landscape may have changed a bit, which may factor in to the PS4 selling a bit less than its brethren.
Though, that doesn’t necessarily mean the Switch will catch up to it.
I can’t remember any discounted games when I bought my Xbox One at launch, what are you talking about?
I don’t see how you could think Mario is overrated. There are so many games that literally owe their gameplay and controls to Mario.
I’m not sure if I believe this reasoning. I mean, if this was a more complicated remake I could understand. However, the graphics are relatively simple, and they ported I Am Setsuna quickly.
Then again, I Am Setsuna uses Unity and this game doesn’t.
I don’t have tears. I hate sim racers, but the fact that A) you thought this was clever enough to say it and B) people actually agree with this fanboy drivel just shows how stupidly toxic and caustic this place is.
