They’ve tried to sue twice for emulation and lost. I don’t think they want to try a third time lol.
Upressing games via an emulator can make them look better than on their native platform. They also improve frame rates, and can add a host of other graphical improvements. Not to mention that emulators are great for archives.
Right now it may not be much, but the more an emulator improves the better games can look.

The whole “PSP did it” is just a farce anyway. All those have are hdmi out. Power isn’t increased when connected to a TV for higher fidelity. That’s something you just don’t seem to get. That’s what helps the Switch become a “hybrid”

Your phone costs almost three times as much as the Switch does, and one game isn’t sufficient enough to say the Switch is underpowered as a whole.
What if the porting team had been rushed? Maybe they weren’t as familiar with Switch’s SDK as they are Androids (for which they’ve been working with Android SDK’s for six years). Not to mention that the code is based on the Wii U port.

We don’t know that. Holiday Switch sales aren’t reflected in these numbers yet. There will be a dramatic spike during that time.

Persona 5 is, but I completely disagree with FFXV being better.
I’m pretty sure at this point in the PS2s life the console was almost at 100 million. I think the PS4 will sell more than the PS1, but I really doubt it will sell PS2 numbers.

I’d at least wait for January’s direct before calling that, honestly. We never know what they have in store.
On the first/second party front we know that Fire Emblem, Yoshi, and Kirby are supposed to be coming. Rumors have a Pokemon as well, but I doubt it will come in 2018.
Is that all? Probably not. This time last year we didn't know about half the first party titles that released on the Switch this year. I'm just waiting for their January direct.

Ff XII is not a remake. A case can be made for Crash but FFXII is the same game Japan has had since 2007
Also, what about Hellblade? That’s an indie game, yet you aren’t arguing that game. So is Nex Machina for that matter.

Snipperclips is a very fun game. Also Crash Bandicoot and FF XII are games from the PS1 and PS2 era do your “arguments” are moot.
