This is rubbish. In a simple XNA game, it takes twoo minutes to add controller support. The code is extremely straight forward and high level.
I agree. Though I prefer real time to what the systems of the older Final Fantasy game. The best combat rpg system for me is one that challenges the player's strategy and dexterity in real time. JRPGs don't challenge dexterity but have deep strategy. However, I prefer a mix of both and few games give a proper blance of both.
Do you know that Racist is the polish name of an Italian cat in an Irish library in a french city in my American dream? You bloody racist!
PS3 images seem to bright. I don't know whether that's lens of truth's fault or the PS3's. Besides brightness, I can't see much difference but 360 looks slightly sharper. What version will have the faster load times and fps though? My pc version :).
If you want to play it with the Move, get it for the PS3. If you want the best graphics, best load times, best 3D experience, mods and fps, get it for pc. 3D for consoles is a bit of a gimmick because of the compromises that have to be made. Then again, few people have a 3D tv to begin with. You also have to think about the side effects of 3D on your eyes. If you prefer achievements over trophies and don't have a pc, then get it for 360. I'll be getting it for my pc with a GTX 580, i7...
Its great gameplay and character customisation deserves recognition and it is the studio's first game which mean's the problem's the game has will be likely addressed in the sequel. Those problems mainly being the generic world and characters.
Sorry I jumped the gun there. I'll be pissed if Bio is a port because I spent a lot of money on a pc in the Summer and I want to get use out of the hardware. Sooner next gen consoles come out the better so they start taking advantage of the hardware out there.
Are you mentally disabled? You think Infinite will be a port. Go look at Irrational Games' history. Their background is pc. Accept the fact that high-end pcs are better than consoles and move on.
I agree that its better to have more variety but clearly sales indicate how much people care about a particular game and there is no escaping that fact. Sony are not in this business to make people happy. There in it to make money and therefore their games need to sell. I own both console but people who only own a 360 who have no interest in getting a PS3 clearly do not see PS3 exclusives as a good enough reason to spend the money. I think the reason for that is because there is enough multip...
The fanboyism here is just ridiculous. Sure Kinect is not for the hardcore but it is not gimmicky and is not inaccurate. I know because I have developed a 3D game for it for college. It's voice recognition could be better and it is only applicable to casual games mostly but people clearly wanted it as it is one of the fastest selling electronic devices in history. The PS3 has many great exclusives but let's be honest, besides Uncharted and GT, none of them are massive sellers. Clearly...
Gears 1 wasn't overrated imo. It was an original fresh experience with great multiplayer and it came out in 2006. A lot of games copied Gears 1. If you have a PS3, you shouldn't be bothered about how little exclusives the 360 has. TBH, there are so many great multi games that exclusives are not really needed. I still haven't played BioShock 2, AC Brotherhood, AC Revelations, Dark Souls, Batman AA, Batman AC, Dead Space 1, Dead Space 2, The Orange Box, The Witcher, Dragon Age 2, Bo...
You don't have to change class if you don't want to. Doesn't not having to play it more than once save you time anyway? The game is long enough in one playthrough.
FF XII has great gameplay imo but the characters and story were subpar for an FF game. I'd still rate the game 9.5/10 because it had a huge amount of content and very enjoyable and challenging combat.
Edge just use the 1-10 scale properly but they know they're different than other sites and that's what drives them. Imo, the most reliable reviews are those from Gamespot by far. From my experience, I agree with the majority of scores they've given games that I've played. MGS4 and GTA IV getting a 10 are exceptions but then again, neither of those two games are below a 9.5 imo.
The bones of a console is just a few pieces of hardware thrown together. Of course prototypes of the PS4 and next xbox have already been made and probably existed two years ago. Epic need to know the architecture of the systems to know how advanced they are for them to optimize their engine. Some people on this site talk as if Sony and MS magically create a console just a year before release. My current PC is better than any next gen console will so I only care about games taking advantage of...
Funny this because sources tell me that the next Xbox will be controlled telepathically. I don't know who to believe!
I don't think the move has a built in speech recognition engine. It may only recognise a very limited number of commands.
Besides the exit to desktop glitch which i only experienced three times and is fixed now, I have had no other problems with the game on my high end pc and medium spec laptop. The game is just too good to get bogged down on bugs anyway. Besides the PS3 version, the any problems seem easily bearable. People who seem to be complaining about bugs are probably those who are trying to find them or who whine about the smallest of issues. "Oh the direction of reflection of the tree off the water...
Not only graphically do PC version outperform the console versions but also in frame rates and loading times. Do you want to play Battlefield 3 in 1920 X 1080 with 60fps? Well you're not going to be doing that on any console but I do it on pc with ease with a GTX580, 8 gigs of 1600mhz ram and a 4.2ghz overclocked i7 2600k.
This game will be level based like 5. Probably a great game but not a true Resident Evil game. The games haven't been scary since Resident Evil 3. Bring back the scare, puzzles and backtracking and send the shooting zombies on hiatus!
