A number of people at Gamespot should play the game and then give it the average score of all their scores. That would significantly increase its score I think. It has 84 average on metacritic so I think that's more indicative of the game.
I think they are going to unveil a prequel to Windows. I could be wrong though.
Definitely a generation leap if they are taken advantage of. A GTX 680 laughs at the PS3 and 360 cards. Hell a GTX 480 does. I think if PS4 has a gpu close in power to a GTX 580, it will be a great machine. If it has 3-4gb ram on top of that and a 3.4ghz cpu with four cores, I will be very pleased. It is very possible.

It's all about the gpu. A 7850-like gpu would be okay. However, I expect 4gb ram and more a 7950-like gpu. I think this is fake. For 2014, 4gb ram is NEEDED and at least a a gpu close in power to a GTX 580 or Radeon HD 7950. Either deliver that Sony and Microsoft or go home. Is the game releasing 2012? This and Watch Dogs took E3 for me. Beyond looks very interesting but I'd have to see gameplay to make a proper judgement. I think these games show that the PS3 is the console that you just have to own.
Vita only offers games that are similar to that of the PS3 and 360 but due to inferior architecture, are not as good. Therefore, the Vita is gimmicky because unlike 3DS, it doesn't provide an experience that is unique enough compared with the consoles. Just because PM may have been involved with games and technology also gimmicky, it doesn't mean that what he says isn't true. Why is the Vita selling poorly? It is not attractive. Well I thought Fallout 3, Morrowind, Oblivion and Skyrim were great rpgs. Combat can be a little clumsy but considering they have open worlds and so much to do, I don't see any problem with dialog and characters.
