If you buy the motion controller for the 360 you get a free Pac-Man XBLA download. Control Pac-Man by tilting contoller, jsut like monkey ball.
All this motion control stuff is crap. My Wii is collecting dust from lack of good games, and the only interesting use I have played on my PS3 is the duckie demo.
I have all three consoles, and find the petitions flying aorund lately to be absolutely tard-tastic. Not everyone can have all three so it makes sense to put a game out if you are third party. This gen you must base your console decision on first party titles.
By the way, has anyone started a petition for Gears of War for the PS3 yet?

The scaling is fantastice, but the smoothing option made everything blurry and harder to play in my opinion. So I turned it off. Has anyone been having problems with the media connect? Sometimes the PS3 tells me connection lost even though I was just in the folder. I am using a wired connection as well, so it isn't a wireless problem.
Hmmm...don't I don't seem to have that problem with my 360 media connect features. I hope they fix this by the 2.0 update.
I tried that as well, and I got the error message saying you need HDMI to upscale video.
But I still feel voice support is superior. When I play a game, that is what I want to talk about. Talk to my team and sh1t. That is why I still prefer Live over the PS network. Almost everyone on Live has the headset and uses it for voice chat in game. Text seems like a step backwards.
I have the original demo for the 360. The game would have been a dud. I think they should put the demo on the final game disc so everyone could experience the difference and thank the developers for doing the right thing.
So do we need to buy the complete or ultimate edition to get the goodies. I would rather buy the complete and download the animatrix rather than paying extra for it. Cartoons do not benefit as much in the jump to HD as regular video does in my opinion.
Dirt looks a lot better graphically, but Revo looks funner to play. More arcade-like than Dirt, which caters to my gaming preference. So if you want a rally game, it seems both flavors are covered. Cutting edge graphics are nice, but not neccessary for a good time.
Youy should buy the 360 version so we can play on Live. I know you love Live, it is so choice. The only way to play multiplayer games.

An exclusive or timed exclusive? If it is timed, than maybe the PS3 version will have some nice extras. Depending on the extras, it may be a tough call as the 360 version will have better multiplayer over Live.
But decalgirl.com has cheap skins that add way more personality. They even have the retro series for the Wii...looks like an old NES! I do wonder if the decals would interfere with the touch sensitive buttons on the PS3 though...
Before the US price cut and likely removal of the PS2 chips. Did not want to be done dirty on BC as with my 360. Now I can watch blu-ray movies, play PS2 games, and the 1 good PS3 title (Resistance). Hooray!
Game machine success is determined primarily by the games. So if HD-DVD wins it's an automatic win for the 360? Since UMD failed, shouldn't the PSP? Looking at the market right now, I see only a hadnful of titles I will but for the PS3 this year, but too many to count that I will buy for the 360. There is a point that no amount of effort will save a console. Just look at the 360 in Japan.
The Wii still amazes me, as the thing still sells out and the games suck.
This one looks kind of stupid. They should just stick with flying and get rid of the ground crap. How fair is it to be on foot and get attacked by a plane? Also both trailers on the PS network show the graphics need help.
Numbers are misleading. Look at actual dedicated hardware players, and you see HD-DVD has a 4 to 1 ratio. Hardware drives software, and as HD-DVD continues to drop in price the software sales will increase. Especially if Wal-Mart ordered HD-DVD players.
No I am not a fanboy, I own both formats. Just taking an overall look at the industry from a non-PS3 fanboy view.
