I think Hellblade 2 will release this in 2022. Phil Spencer indirectly stated that he played Perfect Dark in 2020. However, I doubt Perfect Dark makes 2022. Starfield is expected to drop in 2022. So I think MS needs another 1-2 1st party titles to round out next year. So maybe, Redfall and Avowed will drop next year. Fable has been in development for a good while now, so it could drop too. But. I doubt Xbox would drop two big RPGs in the game year.
I managed to play through Psychonauts 2, Metroid Dread, Halo Infinite and Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart within their release months. Also managed to catch up on backlog by playing through Demon Souls Remake and Ghost of Tsushima. I had a good year of gaming.

I think game graphics should be graded independently based on technical and artistic graphics. This year frown what I played so far, in my opinion, Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart is the best looking game this year. Conversely, Psychonauts 2 is artistically a very impressive game. I would say the same about Metroid Dread, not the most visually advanced game, but it was very clean looking.
Slipgate is a good game with bland weapons and limited content. Slipgate doesn't have iconic weapons like Halo, Unreal, Quake and Gears of War, thus I never got too attach to it. Slipgate too me at least, very quickly lost its flare. Halo Infinite, however will continue to have content added throughout it lifespan. CD Projekt red should admit that they didn’t have the time to create and implement a police system. Cyberpunk 2077, does not have the complex AI system present in RDR 2 or GTA V [a 360/PS3 game!]. Even basic features such as masked AI despawning weren’t properly implemented into cyberpunk 2077. The game’s AI systems seemed to be recycled from the Witcher 3.
No, The Lost Legacy takes place after all the other Uncharted games. It also features mechanics that are not present in the PlayStation 3-era titles. Playing the uncharted games in order will let you see Chloe’s progression from criminal thief to a much less self-serving anti-hero.
A few years back nearly everyone on N4G claimed they had a high-end PC. Apparently PS4 and high-end PC was “the best combo”. So I would assume people upgraded their PS4s to PS5s and further upgraded their PCs. Hellblade 2 will be on PC, so there is no need for a PlayStation port. According to N4G, all playstation gamers have high-end PCs.

The story of Shadow of the Tomb Raider tries to be dark. However, it isn’t well written. The darkest aspect of Shadow of the Tomb Raider is the combat. Some the kills Lara can pull off are almost Predator-Esque.

I’m not against difficult games. However, I will only enjoy a difficult game if I enjoy the core gameplay. Unlike Dark Souls and Bloodborne, I didn’t enjoy Sekiro’s core gameplay. Therefore, I never finished Sekiro. I never finished Sekiro because I found the gameplay unrewarding, unlike Dark Souls and Bloodborne [two games were some bosses nearly broke me…and my controllers…].
I always believed Scalebound’s cancellation was influenced by the number of games Platinum was simultaneously developing.
I was hoping for Battlefield 2042 to be a strong entry in the series. My hopes have been largely crushed. I miss when I had Battlefield 4, Halo and Gears of War as my multiplayer trinity of shooters.
