You know what, I agree (mostly) not sure about your 25 million cap, but I would wager it will stop about there...IF the damn 360 were reliable, things would be MUCH different right now. As it is, MS is going to be fighting VERY hard to maintain its lead next year. My own launch 360 RROD'd last night, so there is yet another 360 that will (most likely) be replaced when MS sends it back to me.
If reports are true and Falcon has not fixed the retarded problems with the 360 cons...

It is a totally sweet game. I'm starting chapter 4 right now and my GF actually likes watching me play. She is not really a gamer, but she likes HS..In fact she actually played it last night for the first time and loved it!
I don't want to knock you man, you are lucky. My launch-ish (jan 06') 360 RROD'd last night for the first time. I guess no PGR4 for me till' its repaired. I am now more than ever happy I have a PS3 too.
Well, no I haven't and If that honestly is only gonna give me another week of play I ought to send it in anyway. Since Ive heard the turn around time is dismal. I figure I'll have the best chance of being able to play Mass Effect and others if I send it in now...sucks. Hey, about now I am really glad a have my PS3!

My 360 just RROD'd for the first time last night, although the HDD has been causing freezing errors for about a week or two now. Is it time to send it in for replacement, or is there a chance that I can continue using it?? I really wanted to get PGR4 today, but now I'm thinking I need to wait...and send my poor 360 to MS.

Finally!!! I was so looking forwards to this at TGS. Thank God we finally are about to have something new..I thought there was a possibility they decided for a closed doors presentation, but this confirms it. I do think that Sony may show Wardevil as part of the October event.. I wonder If they will show 8 Days and Getaway as well..That would be insane along with of course the 3...
It may yet become the new Dreamcast. I kind of doubt it though. MS will definitely make enough money to hold third place. Further, if HD-DVD somehow becomes standard, and MS becomes aggressive in forming diverse AAA quality studios as Sony has, they may take the next-next gen crown from Sony....with an HD-DVD Xbox 720..we'll see, that is a good 3 years away.
I have this feeling that you are a fanboy. Now, I'm not judging or anything, but those articles I pointed at are ANYTHING but bias. Looks fantastic. It is good to see they kept their word on fixing the shadow jaggies (especially the rearview mirror). Those reflections now are on par or a bit better than PGR4. Overall, this looks amazing and due to the fact it is a GT game it will sell insanely well, think Halo 3 times like 2-3 maybe, at least (over the lifetime of PS3 of course)
