Cod mw literally uses the original game engine still and all we have gotten improved with it is is audio and texture art.

They are doing that for cheap developing.
They have not included the base Xbox one in advertising for three years but yet still use the basic 1998 game engines to put lots of paint on said games while holding back advancements. It’s cheap.

The power of division and drama is Microsoft’s only hope to retain the base that they have. Of which does not take much when you buy into controlled media hype vs actual reality.

If you just skip an entire gen.. all you are doing is upgrading to play the exact same last 10 years over again.

Cloud, gamepass etc still all lead to the you do not ever own our product.. as in, you need a pay wall to access. AND THE ENTIRE DIRECTION IN GAMING IS LIVE SERVICES, DLC, and or SEASONAL CONTENT... < of which the question should be, why should I pay monthly to access these games that I would have to pay a somewhat annual cost to enjoy in its entirety?
