I agree the game is super cool, great atmosphere and music.
However, unfortunately there are insanely frustrating difficulty spikes in the form of bosses/mini-bosses and they have ruined(pun intended) the game for me. A shame because I want to see what happens but am stuck. It's not fun it's just frustrating and it also spoils the pacing when you have to replay a boss battle 50 times just to move on.
Fighting games may be doomed. Injustice 2 is a great fighter but is riddled with every kind of microtransaction, RNG loot boxes, and dodgy dlc practice possible.
Even if you bought the ultimate edition($140 in Australia) or season pass there are still multiple characters locked behind a microtransaction paywall(Mr Freeze, Cheetah, etc). The only way to get them is through source crystals which can only be purchased in any usable amount through real world $$$. So greedy!
Yep, I did a lot of walking/'admiring' in Bayonetta. Great animation ;)
I know right. I mean I'm sure nobody who plays video games also likes boardgames right? No overlap there at all ;)
Seriously though this is based on a video game. Good place to let potential fans of the game who haven't heard about this yet know about it.
Obviously I'm in the minority but I dislike 'smart' phones.
Social media is garbage and people would be better off without it.
Great turn based rpg with heaps of style and cool art. I highly recommend reading the comics first there are only 9 of them and it will give you a better understanding of the characters and setting. Really improved the game for me. You can find them free online.
An absolutely fantastic game held back by abysmal microtransactions(source crystals) that can't be earned through gameplay to any significant degree, and a horrible loot box system.
Krosmaga is a great f2p mobile game that most people seem unaware of. Great art style.
Agree! PlayStation and Bethesda have been my go too publishers this gen. Bloodborne, Horizon Zero Dawn, Uncharted(X2), The Last Guardian, Until Dawn, Dishonored(X2), Wolfenstein(X3), The Evil Within(X2), Prey. So many great single player experiences.
More Tenchu one of my favourite games ever or more Bloodborne, my favourite game this gen. Can't go wrong really.
While I'm nearly always happy to see a new IP a Tenchu reboot would be amazing and would be my preference.
I have been saying forever how badly this series needs a reboot.
Stealth Assassins was possibly my most played game back on PS1.
And Ayame.
I think a character creator would be really cool too though. The level editor from 2 was a nice feature also.
"You chose the wrong party to Crash"!
Ah the memories.
Me too ;)
Ha ha. Exactly! I'm old enough to remember when buying a game meant you actually got the whole game.
So why did they announce it twice? Once wasn't enough? ;)
SPOILER: You may not fight him however you do get the option to stomp on his face which was a laugh. Plus you get a trophy.
The original Dead Space was an amazing sci-fi survival horror with Alien influence. One of my favourite games of last gen.
The sequel was a let down as it just upped the action and gore and lost most of the tension of the original. I didn't bother with the 3rd game after that.
Exactly. Ridiculous title for this article.
