I love DW and I love KT, but the thing that annoys me the current greed they have over DLC. Sure, DLC has been used in their games for years and you can always buy many different costumes, weapons, and scenarios. But - you also used to be able to unlock a load in-game as well. It’s not the games that need downloading on the new machine, it’s your profile. Technically, there are apps on PC where you can create a new profile and then basically hack your licenses from one to the other, so the Games work. But legally, you need to get the console online to re-download and assign your profile to that machine. Then all the digital games will work.
I have over 900 digital games on my PS4 now and I’m happy buying digital. Unless Sony literally turns off ...

Graphically, the game is a lot better than I was expecting if I'm being honest. The texture quality and the assets are really sharp and clean. The gameplay is very Gears of War. Even the run to cover, throwing animations, cover mechanics, shooting animations etc... all look just like early Gears of War - which isn't a bad thing.

I loved this game - If you haven't already, pick up Along Together - it's their latest PSVR title and it's amazing. It's basically Moss but without the combat, just lots of environment puzzles where you control a kid and reach out in VR and move the environment around to create paths.

Not really. The CPU is the bottleneck. If they put in a decent cpu then it can hit 60fps easily. It’s just all about the cost and optimising it. Would people rather get a console that hasn’t a solid 1440p/60 and 2160p/30 for about 400-500 dollars or one that pushes the 2160/60 narrative at about 600-700?
@Obscure_Observer - I’m guessing you’ve not seen those games? Far cry 5 uses the same ‘medium’ textures across all four platforms. Even your precious Xbox one X. Thus a 2160p resolution will make it a bit sharper on 4k TVs (when the game hits that resolution as it is dynamic), but the game is built on an engine that runs on multiple platforms an has to cater for the very weak Xbox one.

Resolution isn't the graphical quality... Minecraft at 4k isn't exactly better looking than Spider-Man at 1440p for example...
Just one little correction - Ghost Recon, Far Cry 5 and Rise of the Tomb Raider don't have '4k Textures' - they are all running the same textures that shipped with the original Xbox One, the PS4 and the PS4 Pro.
