Here they Lie is also a non-PSVR title now, they patched it about 6 months ago. So if you don't like it in VR - just play Flat :)

It depends - if you like jumpscares then you'll like the game. It's pretty much jump after jump for the first hour or so then the final part is creepy as you walk around after the other people. I wouldn't say it was a 'terrible' game, I think people were just expecting more from the studio.

If it was released as an indie game from an unknown developer then it would probably have been praised. Just like if Zelda Breath of the wild wasn't based on zeld...

I have a feeling most of the games on the list were based on a quick search online or something? I actually enjoyed the majority of the games you posted as the worst games. I can think of many games which turned out to be bigger failures and lost all their player base within days. Why not look over on the Xbox side and take a loot at SOD and SOT? Both games are pretty much dead now.

@Rangerman1208 - how are they "that this game is forcing us to pay $25" - is someone claiming it's their God-given right to have every single game and they HAVE to buy everything that comes out? Nobody is forcing anyone to do anything. Maybe someone should stop being so entitled and respect that some people may actually get some enjoyment out of something they don't like. I'm sure there are games you like which others think are rubbish and a rip-off, yet those people pro...

runs fine on the pro. There is some slowdown at points like all the mines going off at once - but 99% of the time it runs fine - aside from the goat simulator style physics :)

I agree. There are more and more games coming out which offer teaching plans as well. Two of which are The Path of Motus and Walden, a Game, which I've reviewed recently. Not every game has to be violent or mindless, some offer quite a bit of educational information.

When I was in school, many years ago, we used to have about four computers in the room - be it a BBC Micro, Amiga or PC, and we sued to play games on it for educational purposes all the time.

A lot of people here and on YT are instantly jumping on this and presuming that Sony stopped talking to the Devs. It could just as well be the other way around if you read the quote from the dev directly. It just seems they kept in touch with MS and decided to opt to port it there first - like most indies do (they pick one platform, port it, then port it to the other).

On PC - yeah. On consoles - no

Why would it? Controls on mobile would be terrible. do you really think people will like using touch controls that take up almost all of the screen? Also, if it's true that it has to store data locally then I doubt this version would be on phones, it would probably be a 1080/30 or 720/60 version (like the unofficial ps4 share play app on mobile devices)

Nvidia has one on PC and there are about three other PC ones as well which let you pay a small amount and stream games at 1080/60 which are running on decent hardware server side. One of the apps was looking at getting approval for Console and Switch approval so they can launch as a service, but I don't think it will happen.

The thing is, EA are also looking at going into streaming and MS announced they were also going to stream to mobile phones! I can't see it work...

I’m guessing you’ve never actually played the game then? The work of Yakuza is filled to the brim with mini games, side missions, major side activities like the host venue and the property sales. Not to mention the amazing story, combat and characters.

It’s far from ‘boring’

True. At first, I thought it was strange that this game is DS4 only - no Move or Aim controller support. But once you start playing it, you see why. the controller works perfectly for the stealth and combat - plus it allows you to move around so much easier than the move controllers would.

Another article saying that the Yakuza series is exclusive to the PS family. I guess nobody knows or remembered that Yakuza 1 and 2 HD came out on the Wii U in Japan.

I had a review of the game until my PC crashed and it turned out I hadn't saved, so it's going live tomorrow instead! Regardless, I'm loving the game - it's just pure mindless fun. Not everything has to revolve around ultra-realistic graphics and 100% real physics - Jill, I'm looking at you!

I must have played a few of the courses for about 45 minutes just trying to progress! Not every game will keep me hooked like that. I even took it to my parent's...

Nothing wrong with the PSVR tracking... Sure, if you move your move controllers behind you then it gets a bit iffy, but you just face the camera and it's all fine...

haha - everyone downvoted me because you prefer to steal games rather than buy them - good job... Bunch of entitled cheapos.

anyway - @SuperSonic91 - true, but to get a game on the NES it had to be officially licenced and endorsed by Nintendo to get the 'Seal of Nintendo' - as such, all property that ran on their systems up until the N64 do actually fall under the Nintendo umbrella. Hence why they can step in and file this action - especially when Nintendo is sellin...

the site isn't working for me :/ - the game itself is great - The Path of Motus - I reviewed it the other day

Entitled to your own opinion. I thought it wasn’t bad for a first attempt from a company that originally planned it to be a psvr only title and couldn’t receive any funding from local publishers - due to China being overrun with mobile devs and publishers.

Sure, some won’t like the voice acting and dialogue - I didn’t mind them. Some won’t like the controls - I remapped via the PS4 system menu. Some won’t like the story - I agree I got lost a few times with the story. But ...

Greedy Nintendo? It’s their games, their IP. Just because the console is long gone doesn’t mean the IP has become public domain.

This generation is full of ‘entitled’ People, always looking to get free things because they don’t want to spend their money.
