The EU documents are public and Microsoft specifically did say those things. They've been quoted many times.

Wording is key here. Sony did not say that Microsoft was going to "add" bugs. They are suggesting that the Xbox version will get more QA and have less bugs. Which I don't think anyone would disagree with.
Sony's point is that certain bugs may not be noticed until they are released to the public. Sony would get the inferior version.

I find it a bit odd they've made this agreement considering Microsoft does not own Call of Duty yet and how can they possibly know this will be doable with full features as the tweet suggests.
Most of that "agreement" is stuff that is already covered by law.
The whole basis of the agreement is "mutual respect" so basically it doesn't guarantee anything.
Your points 2, 3, 4 have zero to do with Gamepass. That is an Xbox thing regardless of Gamepass.

This game is excellent. I got it for my son who is a big fan. I've been playing it more than him.
Absolutely true for me, just how I like it. Bought it for $56. Played the shit out of it and platinumed it. Just sold it yesterday on eBay for $44 after all fees and shipping.
