ANyone who doesn't see how this harms gaming if blind. Spencer's stupid claim that he is doing this to bring gaming to everyone.... just stupid. Most of these games are already every where. No one wants to fricking play COD on cloud gaming on their damn TV.

Who was Spencer listening to when he lied about the Bethesda games not being taken away from any one? No one. That was completely anti-gamer.
I can't believe this is going to make it past the courts. They've now bought two of the biggest games companies. If you can't beat em, buy out all the publishers.

No one really said SO was just about grinding mechanics, but the game literally is built around grinding. You have to grind. That's one thing that drove a lot of people away from it including myself. I just couldn't get past having to do that all the time. I'm not putting the game down, just wasn't for me.
If you think this is Ubisoft's problem, then you have a problem with the gamers. Yes, their main titles have the same basic formula. But they are selling boat loads. There is no problem for Ubisoft.
People like to ignore that Ubisoft has a shit ton of franchises. They have a lot more outside their big titles.

Article starts off saying while these games may not win any awards.... well Returnal won some big awards. It was highly reviewed and sold extremely well.

The guy's methods are very flawed.his logic was that when Sony officially said 5 million sales... Some third party site was saying 5.8 based ON TROPHY data. So his logic was that site was fairly close.
So he later saw this site said like 9+ million, so he assumed the 8 million sales.
What he can completely doesn't account for is that the game eventually became part of PS Plus. So everyone who played it on there... would have inflated the number...

Bullshit. It is very common with big reveals, especially consoles, that the company knows exactly what information they will reveal. Then they save certain information for later.
If people try to ask them questions, they are going to give this blanket response. They aren't going to reveal information they had no plans to reveal just because it is an answer they have.

EA games don't hit EA Play (and thus GP) immediately. Smaller games may come sooner, larger games can be about a year.
Always keep in mind that any EA games eventually come to GP.
