I honestly would not mind seeing HD remakes of the original 2D games. I mean alot of modern gamers don't even know that Ninja Gaiden on the original Xbox was not the first Ninja Gaiden game.
But yeah make some need HD artwork and sprites and I would buy the original games. Probably never gonna happen though.
in general it looks like the faces and hair are much more detailed. Lulu in particular has much more detail in her hair.
I understood the whole costume thing but it was overly flashy for no reason.
X-2 is a real shame because the 2nd half of the game has a great story and is certainly worth playing. But the first half of the game is this Charlies Angels garbage that should have never been in the game. The tone shift from X to X-2 was jarring and that peppy pop tone goes away completely after the half way point of the story and gets pretty good but alot of people could not hold out that long.
People question the quality of all of Saint's Row 3 just because it's insanely over the top and wacky.
I honestly don't get the hate with IV. Maybe I have my facts wrong. But I was under the impression that yes the central story was originally DLC for the 3rd and they have no taken it and expanded it into a full game. If they are using always on as a form of DRM it's suicide for this console. People get pissed when ONE PC game has this kinda thing and with a always on console every single game would do this.

I agree but I wonder what they mean by Multiplayer. Is it gonna be like a co-op through the main game? Is it gonna be competitive online? Or is it gonna have some kind of persistent online world similar to what it looks like Watch Dogs is doing? I honestly would not mind the latter but yeah story is BY FAR the most important and I think CD Projekt Red know this and will deliver in that area.
I think this has to do with the price of the Piston. The idea behind the Steambox was to get it into living rooms and try to expand the PC market but putting something like the Piston out which is more expensive then consoles(a big complaint console users have when it comes to PC gaming) isn't what Valve is trying to do.

I'm nervous but optimistic. When I first heard about it I thought it was gonna be terrible but now that I know some of the most important people from the first 2 games are back for this one I'm thinking it could go well.

I don't know if the rating would have been much of a issue. The game looked kinda like it could be T or M depending on where they went with it. But I don't think Disney would care. With all their other things they just let the people do what they want. Marvel for example is still making great movies despite being owned by Disney now and Disney is pretty much letting them do what they want as long as it's profitable.

you can also get Hell Yeah! on steam. I got it while it was on sale awhile back and it's pretty fun. Love the graphics. It's got so much color and it just pops and looks great.

I don't think that comment makes Sony fans look bad. Most of what was said is based upon what MS has done in the past year or 2. It's true that they have been focusing more on casual games. It's true that they basically only have Gears, Halo and Forza as regular exclusives and most everything they hype is a 3rd party game also available on the PS3.

I don't think that was real gameplay. The hud looked fake and overlayed rather then a real one(and the way the camera moved was way to cinematic for gameplay).
I think they just used the engine to render a cool video and then put the HUD on it. It looked good but I can imagine the game looking and controlling the way it showed. It would be impractical to have such cinematic camera angles unless the game is nothing but a massive quick time event.
being that it's the technical guy I would bet Sony is bringing him in to possible show that Agni's Philosophy can run on the PS4. If they were gonna announce a game I would imagine that someone else would do that(Wada or Nomura most likley and if this was FFXIV related Yoshida would likely be there).
