yeah I can't wait. Honestly I'm shocked at anyone who thought the game would come to Wii U. I would bet pretty much the majority of games coming out from here out will not be coming to Wii U. Maybe the reason the Rainbow game that they showed awhile back just disappearing is that they may be moving it to next gen and if that is the case they may have needed to scrap alot of stuff which if course would delay it massively.
Either way I'm looking forward to Watch Dogs and The Division and I hope we hear about the new Rainbow soon.
I hope they plan on getting a good portion of PS3 games on Gaikai at some point in the future. It makes sense to get the best and most acclaimed games on there first but it would be nice to have a good amount of less acclaimed stuff like the Atelier series and Valkyria Chronicles etc.
Would also be great if they got a ton of PS2 games on there as well.
I think the thing here is that Gearbox cares about their IP's and not so much for other IP's that they have to work on. The game isn't close to done and because of that it's likely that many more people will own a PS4 by the time the game is ready and he is just stating that the game may come out when many more people own a PS4 and that will happen with time.
This is a game I am really keeping an eye on. I agree with this alot. I have a Vita and despite not alot of people thinking it's the best thing ever or whatever I have some of my favorite games on it. Persona 4 Golden on the go is pretty awesome and Muramasa is one of my favorite games of the last gen and I got that with so awesome DLC coming. Also I just ordered Ys as many have and can't wait to play that. Ys games pretty much always deliver.
I think the biggest problem is that with a Linux based OS you will not be able to play the majority of the games you have on Steam. I have about 200 games on Steam and only about 10-20 have Linux versions. It's nice that in the future devs might be making Linux versions of the games they are releasing but if they are not making ports for the games they already have on Steam it's kinda pointless as you will not be able to play most of the games you want to.

The thing that kinda makes me laugh is that even though people can say there are tons of Android devices out there and that they are technically more powerful then the current Handhelds we have they don't often produce great games. Most of what people play on iOS or Android are simple puzzle type games or the like with only a few exceptions. There are a few key things I really want Bethesda to work in all of the next gen games they make which most likely Fallout 4 will be first.

Atlus games are so great because they don't fear taking on very mature themes and subject matter and if the wrong people get them then they may screw with that.
I kinda think it's gonna go one of two ways personally. First is that it will basically be a Dark Souls clone.
The more interesting one however that it will basically be Monster Hunter but more western. Monster Hunter in Japan is a massive franchise but it has never caught on the same way in the US and some other countries. Comparing it to the PS3 isn't exactly a good comparison. The PS3 did come from behind to a degree but it was competing against next gen consoles looming on the horizon.
If the Wii U had come out at the start of last gen I would be 100% with ya on saying things could be easily turned around. But where the Wii U is in time it will be facing the Xbox One and PS4 and most gamers will not want to pay what is a similar price for a Wii U when it's a last gen console.
