The one reason I think SE hasen't said anything about Versus in a long time might be because of the rumors about the game that have been going around for a few years.
One that the game isn't Versus anymore and has been rebranded as Final Fantasy XV and two is that it may not be a PS3 game anymore they might have moved it to PS4(which could make sense as we know Nomura said that the game was using parts of the next gen SE engine they showed last year)
This is sad to me for a few reasons. Firstly I honestly do think this game would have been better if it was still Overstrike. Yes we saw no gameplay but the tone of the original Overstrike trailer clearly made it look like it was basically Ratchet and Clank for adults. It had that funny tone and humor and crazy abilities and guns and genuinely looked interesting. EA must have stuck their nose in it because I doubt Insomniac would have changed the game like this unless they were being pressure...
I hope they say something at E3 as well. I kinda get the feeling if we don't see or at least hear about it at E3 the game might be a bit further away then we might think.
Personally my decision is already made. There is alot of things I hate about the Xbox one but most of them I could wait to see how it pans out or see if it's as bad as it seems and what not but one of the issues is a deal breaker for me.

I was thinking the same thing. The game might be unstable right now but it's been out only a few days and it's a indie dev so it's not like they have the massive resources to get it fixed right away.
The game is really fun and I don't think it's fair to slam it just because the online is a bit wonky right now. A large amount of games have issues with online at launch

I wonder if they will follow the same pattern they have until now. ND has always made a trilogy and then moved on to something new when the next gen starts. PS1 was Crash Bandicoot, PS2 was Jak and Daxter, PS3 was Uncharted.

That said given the MS track record of the last few years I'm keep my expectations really low. So many of their 1st party Studios are either gone or mere husks of what they used to be I find it hard to imagine where these tons of exclusives would even come from.

Would be great if Platinum ported the first Bayonetta to PC and maybe find away to get the 2nd one on there as well. Also hope this means future MGS games will come to PC. I want to see another area as well. I hope most of the game has the feeling of this area. What I mean by that it it's so colorful and different looking then you would expect Killzone to look like after playing the first 3. I love it when something tries to make it self stand out with design and art style. I'm hoping Shadow Fall is much more varied. So excited to get to play it.
The story is pretty stupid so far(I'm about 5 hours in) but the game play is awesome. Really different and interesting combat system.
And I'll say this game has pretty much no relationship to either the anime OVA or TV series. Basically a totally new story and world with BRS in it. So don't expect it to be anything like the show or OVA if you have seen them.
I agree. The sad thing is it's always these huge publishers that get annoyed with a game not selling 10+ mil. I mean SE with Tomb Raider and EA with Dead Space 3.

I agree. I think what we have here was two very big and ambitious games and as time went on they were having trouble making them run or implementing everything they wanted and are now moving to next gen so as not to have to change the vision for them.
