Hopefully they will manage the next game better so it will be more profitable right out of the game.
Can't wait to see what they do with the next game. Only real thing I hope they improve are having much more puzzles as that was one of the bigger aspects of the older games and I think they could make some pretty good ones if they try enough.
I'm kinda sick that people are complaining that XV will not help save the franchise because it is more of a action game.
Firstly at it's core it is still a RPG and it's in a proper way adapting to the times(Something XIII tried to do but failed) second one of the biggest things Final Fantasy did was change every game in some way to make it more varied then previous games. Hence why games like X-2 and XII were so different compared to the games that preceded them. ...
The thing that makes me kinda nervous about this is that if they are willing to do this for a game as old as Skyrim that they will be doing a cross gen version of a new game aka Fallout 4 which would easily ruin it.
yeah I really don't like the way she looks in this version of the game. I loved the way she had a more stylized look in the original version. But now it just looks bad in my opinion. I like when a game tries to make it's own style and look a bit different(or alot different in some games) then everything else out there. Honestly I hope more people have a issue with it as well so they go back to the original style with the next game.
If it's tight and designed to be played with this many people I don't think it will be a issue at all. The original Gears of War for example had people complaining it was only 4 on 4 but the game and maps made that number of players ideal. Assuming Titanfall is the same then it will still be a awesome game.
If what some industry people say Valve is taking almost no risk with Steam Boxes. Basically they made the OS and most of the risk is on the partners making the Boxes. Valve basically just supplies the OS and the partners(like Alienware and Falcon Northwest) So if the boxes don't sell all to well it's not really going to affect Valve in anyway.
But as I said this is just what some of the Industry people assume is going on and they could of course be wrong as some of t...
I think the original version looks better. I mean they mention the eyes look better but I kinda like when something is somewhat more stylized and not made to look 100% like a perfect human and Tomb Raider really nailed that I think.
I also think the new model makes her look a little older which is odd since she is supposed to be really young but that could just be me seeing something that most will not.
I really hope it's as good as it looks and what I expect it to be like beyond what they have shown. If it lives up to the claims of what it's going to achieve then this is gonna be one hell of a game. Hopefully one that people can't play for a very long time to come.
I really hope that this sells enough to make SE do a Final Fantasy XII HD remake. They said awhile back that if X/X-2 sold well enough they would consider doing a HD remake of XII which is my personal favorite FF game despite the fact that many don't seem to like it. I just love that it takes place in the world of Final Fantasy Tactics.
Alot of people blame him for the horrible original launch and they still do despite the fact that he was horribly sick and needed to leave the project but Wada wanted the game done and is the guy who ultimately made the call to ship it way before it was ready.
I'm glad he is doing better. I know he is capable of making incredible games FFXI is proof of that. I would love to see him and Sakaguchi team up it would likely lead to an awesome game.
I wonder if the game still plays like that one teaser they released awhile back or if that style of play was to grand to be able to do that.
Can't way to see some new videos for it very curious to see how it plays. I love Itagaki as he created one of if not the best action game of all time in Ninja Gaiden and then made it even better with Ninja Gaiden Black. So yeah can't wait to see what he can do without having to do what Tecmo Koei breathing down his neck.
I really don't want another gen where so many games use Unreal. So many games used it and looked samey as a result. Very few devs tried to use a different art style to hide the fact that they were using unreal.
Considering we have heard alot about tons of other incredible engines this gen I hope games are varied in what they use this gen. I don't want no one to use Unreal but when only a few games every now and then use it then the game will not look the same as ever...
Personally my favorite sound tracks are
1)Final Fantasy XII
2)Eternal Sonata
3)Final Fantasy Tactics
4)Muramasa The Demon Blade
5)Persona 3 and 4
6)Okami
7)All the Disgaea soundtracks
8)Final Fantasy VIII
I can't wait for Infamous. I loved the first game and then the second one became one of my favorite games ever and Second Son just looks like it makes everything about the series better so yeah can't wait for that one. Will probably be picking up the PS4 Infamous bundle if I can.
Also yeah there are some great third party stuff coming. Watchdogs looks great and I expect it to live up many of the expectations it has because of the delay. Ubisoft could have pushed it ou...
it was but really it really wasen't housing as much as it was a single room with a moogle in it o.o
Indeed. We need more games in which the dev team gets to make what they want as opposed to being told by the higher ups or publisher to basically check a check list of what needs to be in the game to pull people in.
Blood Dragon is clearly a game that was made by a team that loved what they were making and it really shows.
my guess as to why she left them out is that she certainly liked them but would rather mention her kind of games that she really loved and the bigger reason is likely that other members of the Rev3 team will likely be bringing the game up and having it talked about over and over is kinda dull whereas if the games everyone mentions is somewhat varied it helps people who watch it to go check out more games instead of just the elite few incredible games.
I'm wondering how the Steam version will work. Will people who already have the game and it's old download be able to just download the steam version and run the game from steam or will getting the game require you to buy it again?
SE let old players from the original version of the game get the game for free when it relaunched but I wonder if the Steam release will do the same.
This is easily one of my most anticipated games that has been announced. It looks so awesome and we have seen so little of it.
If it lives up to what I think the game will be in my mind(which it likely will based on the few things the devs have said about it) it's going to be awesome. It's gonna suck waiting for it for awhile.
I am betting it will be Fallout 4 as the logical thing to do is alternate back and forth between the Elder Scrolls and Fallout. Bethesda has to know that crap tons of people are hyping themselves up for it. Not to mention it's been awhile since Bethesda themselves touched the franchise as they didn't make Vegas.
That said regardless of what the game is I am betting it will be awesome. I just hope they focus on more then just raw graphics as they really need to improv...
