How they do? Does it really matter? It's not about what we want. Their goal is to make money.

They have a reason but they don't need to give a explanation. Gamers nowadays think they have a say so in telling people how to run their company. It's not the end of the world, fanboys. Microsoft is gonna due what benefits them the most. It's never been about you. Same with sony. Some of you need to get a grip. The crazy part is that some of the ones complaining don't even own an xbox.

How dare you mention Sony! Everyone here knows when Sony closes a studio and lay off workers it was the right thing to do. Even when they bought Gaikai and fired almost everyone it was the right thing to do.

Gamers can be such hypocrites sometimes.

Like I said before, it's not just Microsoft laying people off. It's happening throughout the industry.

Xbox gamers rejoice. Bring it on Square!

"Yeah PS hasn't shut down any studios."

Now you know that's a lie.

Lol...I'm sure she would probably call you the same to yours.

It sucks that these studios will close , but let's stop acting like this is the first or last time this will happen. It happens to every industry at some point. Sony and Nintendo has laid off people too. What amuses me is that why are people that don't even play xbox so upset about?

Dude, just because you buy a game doesn't mean you own it. That's not how software works.

Microsoft studios makes good games. Outsourcing is a part of the development process.

Very good looking game. Microsoft was smart to buy NT.

Sometimes you shouldn't listen to others opinion and play the game. It's a really good game. Better than the first.

Dont be a salty about a game that you obviously aren't interested in. Did hou have that attitude when The Last Guardian was delayed for an entire generation? Nothing wrong with delays if they result in a better game. I'm looking forward to this game. I've always like Ninja Theory and imo dony not buying them was a mistake because they make good games.

Bring it on! I've always liked this franchise. Definitely one of the best shooters in gaming.

667d ago 10 agree13 disagreeView comment

Yea but apparently it's only bad when
X box does it.

667d ago 9 agree5 disagreeView comment

Not surprised by this. You're gonna see more and more games go multiplat. It's not just the ones on xbox.

668d ago 4 agree15 disagreeView comment

Phil Spencer is in charge of xbox, not Microsoft. If people don't understand that I don't know what else to tell you. There are always gonna be layoffs. It's the nature of the industry. Microsoft is far from perfect but so are sony and Nintendo.

Starfield wasn't a failure. This site is really bad with the click bait opinion made up stuff. It actually made microsoft a lot of money with GP subscriptions.

671d ago 6 agree19 disagreeView comment

The fact that you used the phrase
" walking sim" to describe a game you haven't played then denied playing another one is funny. Perhaps the next time don't use
"probably"...lol

Say what you want but Microsoft has done some good things for the industry as far as innovation goes. They've got some good games and I like how they incorporate features like quick resume into their console. It's hard to imagine not having that one on their next console.

"Exclusives are what made the industry into the juggernaut that it is today"

That's not exactly true. Exclusives are definitely an important part of the industry, however they still only represent a small fraction of it. 3rd party is still and most likely will remain
the backbone of it. We need both but I believe the industry would not be close to what it is now without the 3rd party publishers.
