Kojima doesn't work for Microsoft; he hasn't put out a single game for the 360 - why would he need to state that it's going to be a game for Sony?
Even I have to say that's stretching it a little. If it were the case, a simple E3 would suffice...why would he need to tell us to 'see' it?
