I think the 357M is profit after all the cost including the cost of fixing all consoles which MS budgeted for.

Naughty dog has a lot of talented people, so its only right that some of them will go off to do their own projects.
For a start up company, they'll have limited resources, so with more Wiis than anything else out there it make sense that they focus on that area of the market first.
I'm sure once money is coming and they have more resources they can then branch out onto other systems if theres signs that there is profit in doing so.

Um, have you played uncharted?...I mean played it, not just looked at the screen shots. Both uncharted and COD4 are fantastic looking games.
But what puts Uncharted ahead is the dynamics of the environment. when your in the jungle, the plants move with the wind. To create all that movement on screen and still make it look as good as it dose is a real achiev...
