Two of the games in the "Legit contenders" section were Japanese developed. I'm sorry Etrian Odyssey and Persona Q weren't on there, or wait were you hoping for the Hatsune Miku dance sim to make it?
79.99 for a nonsense campaign, awful characters, awful plot, ham fisted stealth sections. The whole game has very few redeemable qualities if you get past how it looks. I thought Halos campaign was pretty bad too, but at least I had something else to do with the disk after I finished it. The Order is bad, plain and simple.
An image of Galahad is on there, that is knee slappingly funny. Almost as funny as Master Chief being on there. Real pretty game, but BOY was it awful.
...That's some firm logic you have there.
It's people discussing whether the same release day will have a serious impact on RoTR's sales. My guess is probably not a huge one, but at the end of the day it doesn't really matter. What on earth does the timed exclusivity have to do with it?
The pettiness really has to stop, it neuters any chance of talking honestly and candidly about the business of games on the internet.
Yep...a move made by Capcom, let's single out a group and call it censorship. I'm the least PC person going, but hey any decision made by a company which reduces anything sexualized must be dem dere stinkin liberals. If I had seen countless videos and articles about the ghastly and disgusting sexualization of female characters in SF5, you might have a leg to stand on, but I haven't.
Perhaps they looked at the intros, outros, supers and said; "This seems a bit...
That was my point, they never shook anything in 2003. They released a well regarded game, but it wasn't anything monumentally special. It wasn't Half Life, it wasn't Deux Ex, it wasn't System Shock 2, it wasn't Quake and it sure has hell wasn't Tribes or BF1942. Half Life 2 came out the very next year and made everything about the original CoD seem antiquated and quaint.
Call of Duty is popular and sells well due to how the multiplayer feels, and the w...
CoD1 was 2003 brah.
Even with the inital release it was a rollercoaster SP with some solid enjoyable MP. Did it reinvent the wheel like Counter Strike did? Nope. Was it an extreme simulation of military operations like Operation Flashpoint(The Bohemia ones)? Nayyyyy. Did it let you "ski" across massive maps with vehicles and objectives like Tribes 2? Not a chance. Was it an intense small unit sim like Swat 3/4 or Rainbow Six Rogue Spear/Raven Shield? Not a chance! ...
It's these kind of debates that make me absolutely hate this site. Petty and disrespectful oh FFS get over yourselves! It's not like like Shu see's this and cries a single tear, barely able to control his outrage. It's a game people, it's all a game.
@S2killinit
Wow bud, you don't come off as super sensitive at all. "Are you planning on attacking the price of PSVR?" My god that's way to funny.
The problem with complaining about the cost of the Elite controller is pretty simple and straight forward. There have been services that build custom Xbox or Playstation controllers, with a lot of the features of the Elite. Those services always had a far higher price tag than 150, what MS is offering is actually really good for those who have a use for it.
If 150 seems steep, then these controllers were never for you.
@Highlife Why did you even comment if you didn't know what was being discussed.
The architecture is so different it would be simply impossible.
They have had avatars for purchase for years, they had XMB themes on PS3. Grow up, you aren't owed anything.
This has been a thing forever, PSN did it XBL did it. Live with it, Sony is a business.
People will spend money how they want to spend their money.
"Have to pay" You don't have to pay for anything, it's an emote as you say, it doesn't have an effect on the gameplay.
One day we'll look back and count Isashi as one of our generations greatest poets. Visionary stuff.
The Wii U is a fine console, would I trade it for my PS4 or XB1? Probably not, but as a machine used to play exclusives on the platform it has done everything I want and more. It offers experiences that you just don't see on the other consoles, and it's always disheartening and confusing seeing people trying to tear it down rather than celebrate it.
Narrow minded and absolutely terrified of anything that challenges what being a gamer and playing games means.
FO4 isn't out yet.
