Hardly anyone has heard about it for one thing. I didn't know a thing about this till I ran across it listed on Amazon.
Looks like fun to me, they need to get the word out a bit better.
Someone suggested Planetside 2 as being like MAG, so I gave it a download and I have to say they were somewhat right.

I think Sony will be more reasonable than MS, and while I've been a Playstation fan since PS1, I won't stand for any BS.
If it all goes bad, then just consider me retired from current gaming...there are still worlds of old games that I still need to try, and I really do think I could be quite content with going in that direction.
Completely different area IMO. Going back to gaming and not PC software licenses, I dunno about you but I've never taken a pc game over to a friend's house so we can do co-op, or to simply play it for a while and go home, leave with a friend for awhile, etc.
I don't even think I've ever had a group of friends sitting around a single PC playing games together.

Doing my best not to get hyped up. That just leads to disappointment no matter how great a game is. I actively avoid articles, but will sneak a peek at an image or two.
The fact that the game isn't serious is not the problem.
The problem MOST people have is the fact they took everything from the first two games and pissed all over it.
This game would be fine if it wasn't called Saint's Row, if it wasn't supposed to be a proper addition to the series.

I agree with you to a point. This isn't the sort of game you can spend a day or two with and review, it just takes more time than that(as it is with MMOs period).
The problem is there has to be something that grabs you at the beginning that makes you want to keep playing it, and this game doesn't have that for me.

Saboteur I absolutely loved. It was just well done from beginning to end. Deserved a lot more.

Nonsense. The game was quite enjoyable on my PS3 during beta. Lots of fun.
Even if MS fixes it, you can be sure your data is lost, and while you can no doubt(I would figure) get it all back, re-installing all your games again just to play would a pain.
