I used to enjoy RPGs like this, I don't know what happened but I can't seem to anymore. Its the same with most anime.
The last RPG I bought like this was on PS2 and I still haven't finished it. I LIKE it, but...I don't know.
I also couldn't wait to get my hands on the Hyperdimension Neptunia games, and still haven't.
I don't understand why this company has so much trouble with giving straight answers to questions.
We STILL don't know who these "retailers" are that will buy your used games or whatever.
HOW do you get to play your games if your account is banned? Is the license on your account released or something? EXPLAIN.
The talk about the One's UI being accessible with the HDMI "feature" isn't clarified either.
Ok, I watched that link that AngryEnglish posted and...
...WTF is wrong with that man? You're telling me THAT guy is in charge of something?
Gman0174's post is the sort of post you get when someone can't defend whatever they believe with logic.
I can't really agree or disagree, I don't hate it or particularly like it, I'm just...ok with it I suppose. As far as the Xbox goes...I feel the same way.
It fits it's name IMO. xBOX.
(Please note I'm talking about looks only, as far as which I'd own...it would be PS4 and that is not based on looks alone, that's based on everything else)
On a performance level, if the PS4's shape and everything helps stop it f...
I have Plus right now, and I like it. Having said that I don't like the fact you must have it for multiplayer.
It's one thing when it is a choice...like how it is now, and a different matter when you have to(in order to play online).
I wonder what the casuals will say when they find out they have to have internet to play, they have to install all their games, they have to have Kinect, and they have to trade their games through "certain" retailers...for starters.
Casuals want simplicity, this system does not have it.
So the PS1 was quite the looker to you eh?
An example of a game that is not only short, but complete rubbish and was an obvious quick cash-in...the latest Fast and Furious game.
There's no positives to this game from what I've seen(I've not played it but those who have apparently suffered greatly), and when it was first released I believe the price was $40..MIGHT have been the full $60 but I'm not sure.
Either way, the game isn't worth that. The perfect place for this game is the ...
I wonder if this dude has taken to doing drugs or drinking(Matrick). I wouldn't want his job right now, this seems overly stressful.
Everything he says seems to make things worse IMO.
Who is this "we" you keep mentioning? I do no such thing. I've had the same cell phone(not a smart phone) for about three years, maybe more.
$500 for a console that offers nothing worthwhile to the consumer except hassles and hoops to jump through to simply PLAY GAMES is not a plus.
At least the PS3(at the beginning)had value in the fact it had Blu-ray, which was quite expensive at the beginning so the fact it could play games, music, etc did make it somewhat worth it.
With the new Xbox I see nothing similar that makes it worth having at that price.
BTW...I wonder what happens to Simcity when the EA takes the servers down? They do tend to do that with their games after a while.
IF you could play the game offline it would be a factor, but....
Even though you can log in on your phone or whatever(and I'm assuming a smart phone, which believe it or not some people don't have)the point is this shouldn't be a requirement in the first place.
If I want to play the disc games that I've bought I should just be able to turn on my console and play them. No internet checks or any other BS. If they couldn't figure out a way to make that possible then they shouldn't have bothered.
SR3 is only worth playing if it's free(yes this is a hostile opinion on my part). The game takes something well done(the overall story of SR) and just demolishes it. I'm all for silly but I also want a decent story. The previous games had that.
Enough of that, this is supposed to be about PS+. I am quite content with it, I haven't really had reason to buy any games because of it lately, lol. Hell I haven't even had time to try all that are available. As long ...
No, no it isn't only about the games. If you can't get online you can't play your games(the games you paid money for) on the Xbox.
It's as simple as that. The games can be the best I've ever laid my eyes on, but if I have to accept the nonsense that MS is trying to force then I'll just have to miss out.
Oops, what I had to say had already been said so...carry on.
I don't mean to laugh at your misfortune but the way you described your s model failing made me laugh, lol.
Hehehe....but you can sell the disk that the software is on.
I do believe that is the point.
This is what I think also. I don't think there's been a situation like this before with gaming, and while people keep going on about fanboy nonsense this is NOT what the upcoming gen is about.
We are all in this together as gamers. If MS does well with this console things will only get worse for us ALL.
I don't expect the kids to understand this, it's hard for them to see past the current new flashy game, but those of us who've been around...
