"I am open for discussion."
Why would I want to discuss?
Respectfully, you are moving the goalposts and have done so twice here when confronted with evidence that challenges your previous claims. I have answered your prior unsubstantiated claims and implications with sourced evidence that challenges them. Let's deal with that before asking us to discuss paragraphs of new claims.
I think we both agree that there would be a different narrative around games like this and the recently released Humanity if they were part of a different ecosystem. Humanity has an 86 Meta. Hi-Fi Rush is 87 Xbox and 89 PC. Red Matter 2 only has one score in for PS5, but it's a 90. The PC version from last year that doesn't include the PSVR2 updates got an 84.
"I want to see them keep this same consistency with all acquisition that appears on their desk."
I don't know why I bother presenting evidence that's just going to be ignored or glossed over, but...
From the CMA's Merger Remedies publication, dated 13 December 2018 (years before MS announced intent to acquire Activision):
"Restoring this process of rivalry through structural remedies, such as divestitures, whi...
@DivineHand125
In other words, you have no counterargument to the evidence that contradicts your original argument and, instead of dealing with the evidence that challenges your position, you would rather find some other reason to complain that it's unfair.
It means they prefer structural remedies over behavioral ones, like the ones these 10 year deals represent, as they said months before their final determination when they made their provisional determination and laid out the same reasons for their concerns about the cloud market that they gave when denying the deal.

@343_Guilty_Spark
That's really irrelevant to the point of my post that sparky is incorrect on the false claim that all competitors want the remedy and overlooking that the CMA does not just look at a snapshot of the market as it exists today. I don't know how many times they have to say it.
The problem is some of you just don't want to hear it and think your assumptions based on your observations of N4G comment sections should change that re...
That's good to hear. I bought it a few minutes ago.
That's flat out false. Not all competitors want it. Let's get that out of the way before looking at what was said.
"What the group is considering there is [whether or not] a remedy will give the group confidence that this market will be able to continue with the competitive dynamics in the absence of the merger.
"This is a market which is in early gestation, where we want competition to flourish. We want all parties big and small to be a...
Yes!!!
@anast
It depends on the behavior. Few if any places are a free-for-all where people can get away with whatever, for good reason. It shouldn't be a place for trolls and actual or wannabe reputation managers to deceive, provoke, spread FUD, and argue in bad faith unchecked. It's not hard to spot them either. Many here have seen me produce the receipts on numerous occasions. That goes beyond having a bias (which is fine) or having a blind spot because of a bias. There...
I don't think they meant to equate the two, though I see how it can give that appearance. The structure of the post gives me the impression they were rattling off different points, separated by paragraph and possibly in descending order of importance. I can see the logic in the structure, but it come across as if the comment is equating the first two points.
One other thing. This is a strange complaint for someone whose account is only 9 hours old.
"And the mods here clearly favor PS. Submit a negative Xbox article and they’ll approve it regardless, submit a negative PS one and it’s 'old', 'nothing new here', 'dead horse' etc"
You need an account to see pending and failed stories. Whose alt is this?
What was that about trolling?
The people who get the most leeway to call the site and mods biased and bash other fandoms and commenters are the ones quick to post a comment about how biased the site is. Like I said elsewhere, some people are asking for certain behavior to be addressed, and then there are those of you trying to have certain fandoms addressed. You can read through the comments and see who decided to make it a console war thing.
Edit:
@anast
That acco...
I hope you're appreciating the difference between comments pushing for action against certain behaviors and comments pushing you to take action against certain fandoms. Trying to play the refs is a thing here.
Solution: Populate all versions of the comment in the user's comment history. That way dishonest editing can be revealed and pointed out.
Exactly. Honestly, enforcement of existing rules would be a start.
@S2Killinit
"The voting system was implemented so that we didnt have to limit the number of comments a person made, but everyone’s comments could be rated. It was a way to regulate without having to regulate. People who trolled or were overly biased gained a reputation that followed them. It worked very well."
Correct, but then some of those people would ask mods for and be granted changes to the name of their account to avoid accountability for...

I need Astro Bot Rescue Mission 2 for PSVR2.
Maybe try smooth turning with the blinders on if you haven't already. It's a comfort setting that reduces the chances of motion sickness while using smooth turning.
