I would prefer they add staff to each studio trained by Bungie to handle most of the GAAS stuff if they insist on pursing that, or add them directly to Bungie under teams assigned to Sony's studios. Free up the existing staff at the studios as much as possible to do what they were doing before the shift to GAAS.
