For the same reason us Sony fans enjoy playing Ratchet games, or God of War games, or Uncharted games long after the first installment has been released. They're not all the same game, not by a long shot. Uncharted 3 was pretty different from Uncharted 1 and Zelda Wii U is probably going to be drastically different from Wind Waker HD. So there.
Dang man, that was right on the ball. I agree wholeheartedly. Been playing my copy of Wind Waker HD and it feels nothing like how I remember Skyward Sword. Nintendo makes a lot of sequels, but those sequels don't share all the same elements from previous games. Well said!
Is that before or after Insomniac totally one-ups them? :P
I own a few of the Disney Infinity figures and those are finely molded. Of the pictures and video I've seen of Amiibo, those figures have more finesse in their molding and packaging. You also have to consider that there is technology in them that increases the price to manufacture. They're not so bad, but I agree that they are pricey.
If you count how they lower prices in the US, that's closer to $15. They said they were going to price them closer to the Disney Infinity and Skylanders figures as well.
There's also Smash, Bayonetta and Hyrule Warriors? Not to mention a number of games that came out before Mario Kart 8 did.
Not even planning to get an Xbox One anytime soon and I like the guy! Power to us both. :P
That's right! He bought one for himself and another for his children. These men are amazing and should be seen as an example for the fans that these consoles can coexist just fine.
I think I agree with Septic. Harrison was praising Sony and Nintendo and encouraging competition with the Xbox brand. And naturally someone has to crap on that and just act like a complete fanboy. It's silly and it was totally unneeded.
Yeah, there way of doing things have been fairly "laggy". They have taken steps to make those issues less painful, but I agree it's not quite up to par just yet. They've got Club Nintendo to help keep track of your purchases and they unified the 3DS and Wii U eShops not long ago. the ratings thing is based on how the Wii U is programmed. They could probably fix that with a patch if they put forth the effort.
Your point about Nintendo's old ways isn't...
Criticizing a community is a more valid complaint than you would think. I would argue the online community in online Valve games is much better than what I've encountered on PSN. Not as much experience with Xbox Live, but I've seen quite a few videos showing how terrible that community is.
Its infrastructure is similar to Wii. Power wise is confirmed to be between 360/Ps3 and PS4/XB1.
Better than never I guess.
The message is nice enough and I dig the hair. Here's hoping she does a quality job.
Correct, nor does anyone need to be criticized for having a preference. Not saying you are, but people attack each other too often over silly stuff like that.
Bone, he wasn't knocking the price tag. He said he was just waiting for a price he was comfortable with, which is exactly what I did when I got mine. That's a totally valid opinion as oppose to needlessly demanding the console get a $200 price drop. Your immature rebuttal was not necessary at all.
Ironic since half of that version's content was missing with only $10 off to compensate. Some publishers are freaking weird. :/
Steam murders your wallet in the summer, eShop murders your wallet in the winter... I think Nintendo and Valve are in cahoots or something.
Power to ya! I am totally cool with 1080p30fps as well if the game plays fine. My preference usually lies in 60fps though, so I'm okay with whatever the resolution as long as the game runs smoothly.
Are those figures used? It's also possible that they are downsizing for the next installment for both series. New figures are generally $13-$20 depending on the figure, especially for Skylanders. The first line of Amiibos will probably go down in price if a second line is ever made.
